The Raiders Addressed A Key Need Need
The Las Vegas Raiders made some big news earlier this week as a couple of veterans tried out for the roster. Big names like James Robinson could make a comeback and Justin Robinson may have a chance at counting their NFL careers in Vegas.

The Las Vegas Raiders recently tried out three veteran running backs in Kenny McIntosh, D'Oreo Gumbele, and James Robinson.
I'm Justin Church of AZ Sports Las Vegas, and we all know that the Raiders need a veteran presence in their running back room.
Right now, they've got Ashton Jeanty as the main guy, and we know that he has superstar potential.
They've got Mike Washington as that, the second guy in that one-two punch that they just drafted.
And then behind them are Dylan Lobbe, who is a special teams guy, and Rhamon Hemby, an undrafted free agent rookie.
You really need a veteran presence in that li-- in that position group, and James Robinson and D'Oreo Gumbele could be that.
James Robinson was a thousand-yard rusher in twenty twenty, his rookie year with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He also had seven touchdowns.
Followed that up with a nearly eight hundred rushing yard season and eight rushing touchdowns.
Now, he has had some knee issues since then.
I ge-- I think he tore an ACL.
He's kind of bounced around since then on practice squad, from practice squad.
But he's a veteran guy who might still have a little bit of juice and can possibly play that veteran presence that we know Klint Kubiak really, really covets in this offense.
D'Oreo Gumbele, you can kind of say the same thing for.
He hasn't accomplished as much in terms of the stats, but he played a really big role in the Houston Texans the last four years.
He's that guy that they oftentimes brought in on third down and just got the ball to in the air, so that he could make a play or try to make a play at least.
He also played a lot of, special teams and was kind of an ace for them at times.
So, the Raiders really need that spot to be filled, and it could be one of these guys.
