All the, all the glitz and glamour is gone now .
It's, you know, it's back to the grind.
Um, you're at the bottom of the totem pole and, you know, if you wanna help the team win games, you gotta come out here and you gotta do your best every single day, keep getting better every single day, um, you know, it takes, it takes a lot to, to play this game at a high level and, uh, you know, when you're trying to learn multiple positions at the same time, you know, it's a lot of information to take on at once, um, but I think, you know, as you get confident in this game and you start to understand the plays as a whole and what we're trying to accomplish with the calls, that's when it kind of slows down for you and you know you can, you can.
Immerse yourself in both positions and be able to help the defense in different ways, um, you know, I, I pride myself on trying to be a smart football player, um, and I'm, I'm glad that they see it the same way.
Um, I wanna, I wanna be able to help the team win games in any way I can, and, uh, you know, if that means learning multiple positions, then I'll just keep doing that.
Yeah, no, TJ is a, is a super savvy vet, um, you know, he's been, he's been playing for a, for a good amount of time, and, um, he's seen a lot, he's done a lot, you know, he's played this game at a high level in, in that position at a high level for a, for a while, so.
Um, for us to have a guy like that, um, you know, it, it's super helpful, um, it allows our, our scheme to do different things, and, um, you know, I think he's a great role model for me, um, in his, in his versatility and, you know, how he's able to help the defense in, in multiple spots.
I mean, I'm not gonna lie, I think everyone in the, in the DD room has been super, super helpful for me.
Um, some guys specifically is like Zay, um, you know, I got a chance to take his ringing all the time and chin.
Um, uh, Tristan McCollum has helped me a lot.
I'm out there with him a good amount, um, so I think, uh, yeah, we have a really good defensive backroom, especially the safety group that, that I've been working alongside, and, uh, they, they've been helping me a lot.
So, um, I'm, I'm looking forward to doing so.
Trayden, sorry I've even asked this already, but it seems like the DBs and especially watching you guys on the sideline, a lot of communication from the leaders and from you guys as well.
How do you guys push each other in that room?
Yeah, I think we have a a really good room.
I think we've got a lot of competition.
They were just talking about it and uh you know that's a good thing, um, you know, you wanna have a lot of guys that are really good at their job and it just helps us all become better.
