Rangers, Fans React To Artemi Panarin Being Scratched: 'The Situation Is What It Is Now'
The New York Rangers are reportedly holding Artemi Panarin out of the lineup until the Olympic break for roster reasons. Rangers players, fans and the coach reacted to the reports.

I, I'd like to see the Hurricanes make a run at Panarin.
I think, you know, as a hockey trade with, you know, a contract going back, like, they could make it work under the cap.
Like, they do have some space.
the other team that I think would be really intriguing, and maybe this is overkill, but what about Colorado?
You know, you put him on that high- you know, that, that high-paced offense, they're already the favorite you know, for the Stanley Cup.
Why not just go all in, you know?
A- and again, like, a, a contract or two would make the money work.
The Rangers could even pull back some salary, to make it work.
You go with, you know, futures, 'cause that's what New York should be going for anyways right now, and, and let's see what, you know, a power play with Makar, MacKinnon, and Panarin can do.
