-

Video Transcript

Is there something that you can spotlight that kind of changed that allowed you guys to sort of enforce your will as the game went on there ?

Uh, I would say everything, uh, special teams, offense and defense did a great job, um, you know, changing the, the momentum of the game for, for the offensive side, and the defense really helped us out today.

When you didn't score on the long play.

Did Demon tell you he's gonna get you a touchdown anyway, which he did?

No, no, he didn't.

Um, my mindset was, you know, I stepped out at the 2 or whatever, and it was just, uh, let's run the ball down these guys' throats and get in the end zone.

That sequence felt a lot like a spring game where offense is slow to get going, but then one pass ends up being a touchdown for you.

Just what can you kind of assess of the way the offense just progresses as the game.

Yeah, I mean, um, it, it starts with the O-line, you know, they're talking to us on the sidelines saying, you know, we got this next, next series and stuff like that and bringing us up, talking to us, and we just go out there and we try to do what the coaches tell us and stuff like that, and it made a big difference.

Did it feel good to be back because you've been gone a long time?

Oh yeah, I did.

It felt great.

The atmosphere was amazing.

The fans, uh, the players, the coaches, it was, it was awes.
