The Mariners came north of the border looking for some more wins to help their playoff chances, and were greeted rudely in an ALCS rematch.

Mariners lose it eight to one.
Storyline of this one, Mariners took a 1-0 lead on a Dom Canzone home run.
That was his 20th of the year.
He's the third player now in the last week or so to hit 20 home runs this season for the M's.
Randy Arozarena and Julio Rodriguez, the other two.
Mariners got five innings from Emerson Hancock.
They gave up, he gave up five runs in those five innings, also suffered a groin injury in the first inning, but was able to get through it all.

After the game, manager Dan Wilson said there's some kind of strain in there, but Hancock himself said that they'll just have to see how it is tomorrow.
He felt like he was good enough to go, though, and again, he gave the Mariners five innings.
Blue Jays hit three home runs in this one.
Nathan Lucas, George Springer, Kazuo Okamoto had homers here, and Springer, 27 career home runs against the Mariners, his second-most against any team in baseball only.
He has more against, the only team he has more against, the Texas Rangers.
