Sharks' Cagnoni Reacts to His First NHL Goal, an Overtime Winner vs. Panthers

Cagnoni talks after scoring his first NHL goal, an overtime winner for the San Jose Sharks against the Florida Panthers in the season opener. He calls it probably the best goal of his life and explains how he beat a defender up the ice before a teammate he calls Smitty set him up. He also talks about handling a big, physical Panthers team, the penalty kill, and how the Sharks came back to win after a three-goal lead was erased. He finishes with how a veteran teammate has mentored him and what it felt like to hear the home crowd.
