Steelers Shop for Veteran Wide Receiver as Injuries Pile Up

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been calling teams about veteran wide receivers, according to Tom Pelissero. Michael Pittman Jr. and Roman Wilson are on injured reserve, and a leg injury kept Ben Skowronek out of the Week 6 game against Tampa Bay. Pelissero pointed to Dallas receivers Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin, who both played for Mike McCarthy with the Cowboys, as possible fits. No offer has been made and Dallas has not agreed to talk about a deal.
