One, you have to look at the whole picture, like the week, week and a half prior.
Like, we've made a bunch of moves prior, and that would include re-signing players.
For whatever reason in our heads, a re-signed player doesn't feel like a free agent, even though y- that player was potentially about to be off your team, you brought them back and signed a new contract.
Whereas like you would almost rather get someone who's maybe not as good, but you would like it because they're new.
So, you know, and when you're a good contending team, you were good last year.
Like as bad as things were, we were still right there.
You know, if you find a way where CJ plays better, O line's better, you can beat the Patriots, or if things change earlier in the year, you potentially get home field and maybe the weather changes all that a- and then, you know, you play a Broncos team and potentially make it to the Super Bowl.
But, anyways, it's a good team, so you bring a lot of those guys back, and you don't just bring everybody back just to bring them back
