Top 5 Bears to Watch in Saturday's Preseason Finale vs. the Titans
Here are the five Bears players to watch during Saturday's preseason game against the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium.

What's going on everybody?
Nicholas Morano here from Roundtable Sports.
This Saturday is the final preseason game, Bears and Titans, and for the Chicago Bears, some of these players, they're looking to make the active roster, and the Bears will have their cut down day, and so will the rest of the NFL, on Sunday at 5:00 PM, Central Time.
So here are a couple of players that I'll be keeping my eyes on throughout this game to see if they can ultimately land a spot on the Bears 53.
For me, let's start with running back, Savon Ahmed.
He's competing for that third running back position on this Bears roster.
He has familiarity with the Bears running backs coach.
He's also made some plays when he's had the ball in his hands.
But he's competing with Roschon Johnson, who has been steady throughout training camp, in these preseason games, has a lot of special teams value and I think that's where Ben Johnson tipped his hand on what that third running back spot needs to have.
Yes, he needs to be productive as a ball carrier, be someone that they can rely on, but he needs to be somebody that you can put on special teams.
So watching both those guys on Saturday, seeing what they do with the ball in their hands, but also ultim- what are they doing as a special teamer?
That's gonna be huge for both these guys.
Karan Amagaji, the Bears left tackle, former third round pick in 2024.
I don't think he's a guarantee to make this roster simply because he was a day two pick, you know, a couple years ago.
At this point in time, he has not been on the field, he hasn't been productive, and he's still competing, you know, at left tackle, at right tackle.
Some days he's not even going on that left side because, you know, you have other people like Theo Benedict and Jedrick Wills who are taking that spot on the left side.
So for Karan Amagaji, I think he needs to have a solid day in protection, show that he can be a physical run blocker to ensure that he does have a spot on this team because of, as of right now, I don't think he makes it.
Some other players that I'll be looking for just to see what they look like at certain positions is fourth round draft pick Malik Muhammad.
Now, in the Thursday joint practice against the Titans, he lined up in the nickel, as he usually has does, a- has done throughout the summer and training camp because Kyler Gordon's been on the PUP list, but he also played some outside corner because Jaylon Johnson, Tyrique Stevenson, they both went down in Thursday's practice.
But, and he made some plays as an outside corner.
That's what he was known for doing at Texas.
So I'm just curious to see where he lines up, how he looks when he's in the slot versus how he looks when he's on the outside, if he gets those opportunities.
But if the Bears decide to just play him in the nickel, don't give him a lot of reps because as of right now, he's your day one starter as a nickel cornerback, I understand that completely because you want that guy healthy going into the regular season.
Those are just three of the five players I'm looking forward to watching.
