But should we take a look at first- Yes at the standings in Group A?

Because we know that both of our Latin Nation teams, Tigres and Jurez are doing very, very well, at least on the women's side.

You can't say the same- Yep for the men's.

But on the women's side, they are really pulling through.

Tigres, we know, like we can see it here, sitting in first place, doing extremely well.

Toluca right under them, Monterrey, and then Jurez in fourth place.

This is very surprising.

When you look at, the men's side, they're sitting in dead last, 18th place right now.

Not on the women's however, so we can give them props for that.

We have Len in fifth place, Santos in sixth place, Cruz Azul in seventh, Atlante in eighth, and Quertaro sitting in ninth place.

Marce, what do you, what do you make out of this table so far?

Look, first of all, I have to congratulate Las Amazonas, the former champions.

Tigresas, eh, they're playing at a very high level.

Everybody was afraid of what will happen with Tigres when Jenny Hermoso went back to Europe.

Nothing happened.

They got better.

If you will You know, the proof is in the pudding.

They are having- Yeah a better tournament this time around.

Also Las Bravas de Jurez representing for a team that right now is underperforming greatly under their budget for the men's side.

In last place- Mm-hmm where they have, they have one of the best coaches available, Caixinha.

Last season they couldn't do anything with the team, but now "Las mujeres estn rifando por la frontera," I'm very happy to see.

And you can catch these great teams here on Latin Nation every weekend on their home games.

Camila, exciting times for Mexican football.

Absolutely.

A quick snapshot- Yep .

Of, our team's last game.

Jurez getting a 1-0 defeat this past Saturday over Cruz Azul.

Definitely a really good win for them.

And Tigres defeating Pachuca 2 to 0 this past weekend as well.

Really, you know, building that momentum, and hopefully they continue that throughout the season.

Let's look at the games that, Jurez has been playing.

They lost on the opening with Tigres.

Then they went to Jurez.

Then, you know, they received Santos and they won.

They receive Cruz Azul and they won.

And now they face Atlante that comes back into the circuit.

The very, very first, season for the Atlante women's team.

Yup.

And then ahead of them, Necaxa, Len and Xolos.

It seem like the calendar is favoring Jurez right now, Camila.

Let's take a look- Definitely at Tigres and, and what his Their fixtures.

Like we said, they beat Jurez.

Straight wins.

Then they beat Cruz Azul 3-0.

Mm-hmm.

Then they beat Pachuca, which is not a bad thing, Camila.

Pachuca has proven- Not at all to be one of the best teams in, in Liga MX Femenil, 2-0.

And now they go against Santos Laguna, Amrica, Toluca, and it seems that Tigres is gonna have a harder calendar in the upcoming weeks.

What do you make out of this?

Definitely.

I think this game against Amrica September 13th is gonna be- Y- ..the game to watch.

If you don't watch a lot of women's football, if you don't watch a lot of Liga MX, this is the game to watch.

Tigres-Amrica, it has been this k- you know, thrilling rivalry between the two best of the best in women's-- in Mexican women's soccer so far.

Amrica coming out on top this past, championship, so it's definitely gonna be a really, really good match.

These are the two first place teams, and probably one, if not both of these teams, are gonna be making it into the final again this season.

This is El, El Duelo de las Meras Meras de liga MX Femenil.

These are the two most consistent teams in the last two or three years in LigaMX.

Yeah.

Pachuca y Monterrey, you know, they, they trying to break into that level but, you know, it's Tigres and Amrica and then the rest of Liga MX.

Now Cami, let's bring up real quickly Group B.

It's important that we check the other side of equation.

I think you're gonna be happy about this one.

Oh my God.

Me encanta Camilla que the, the female teams, "las mujeres estan rifando en todos los equipos que, que de lado de hombres," they're not performing well.

We are seeing the women sacar frente y respetar el escudo, llevarlo a lo alto."

Break it down.

I know, I know, Amrica in first place.

First place.

In both men and women, America's having a revival.

The organization is really putting effort, not only on splashing, on splashy, signings, but also, a sustainable, consistent team in both divisions is very impressive.

Atltico San Luis second place.

Dark horse.

Pumas and Chivas right there completando the top four.

Remember, only the top four teams advance to the playoffs.

There's no play-in, there's no qualifying there with like, you know, playing the eighth and the ninth and the tenth place.- No No.

The top four of each group move onto the play.

So it, it's gonna be close.

Pachuca and Chivas are gonna be fighting for that.

What do you make out of this Group B of Liga MX Femenil?

Definitely.

I think I see a lot more dark horses coming from Group B, especially Chivas.

This is a team and a squad that played really, really well, especially the womens.

They played really well, last playoff season.

And I really see them being a dark horse.

They've got that consistency.

They've got a deep roster full of really good young talented subs.

So I definitely see them, you know, definitely maybe, hopefully not, but maybe climbing above Pumas, above San Luis.

And yeah, I would not put them too far behind
