This is one of those areas where Jadyn Maiaba wanted to take a step up in his game too.

Two-minute offense.

He's aggressive by nature, but sometimes a little too aggressive in this situation.

Quick throw, catch made.

It's Mosley again, shedding a tackler, lower the shoulder, and Mosley across the 35, picks up 17 more.

Well, Mosley is looking very impressive.

Very athletic family.

His dad played football at Notre Dame.

His mom was one of the best soccer players ever to play at Notre Dame, and he is pretty special looking so far today.

Keep the clock rolling.

1:25 and counting.

Maiaba finds his target.

It's Baker to midfield.

He gets walloped by Tuli Tagovailoa almost on the back end of that, but USC in two plays is right on the doorstep of San Jose State territory.

Yeah, and plenty of time, and all three timeouts in their back pocket, so Jadyn Maiaba, a lot to work with right here.

Trying to put more points up on the board before halftime.

Miller split out wide on this first down.

Maiaba takes the time.

Uncoils over the middle.

Wide open catch made by Mosley.

Still on his feet, and he couldn't cut it to the outside.

33 yards on the hookup.

A little stop-and-go route by Mosley that time.

He showed the short route.

We talked about how aggressive San Jose State has been on the short routes.

That was a little stop-and-go that opened up big in the middle of the field.

Now the handoff for Miller, and the shiftiness will get him to the 11-yard line.

Second down and three upcoming, and now the first timeout taken- Timeout USC by Lincoln Riley.

The first timeout.

The first and second timeout.

45 seconds remaining in this first half.

Coming up, Xfinity halftime report.

It is the return of Fanta in 60.

Everybody's favorite segment from last season is back.

We also are gonna have a, a weekly show, Fanta in 60, but John Fanta, Joshua Perry, Chris Simms, Nicole Auerbach are back in full swing.

Well, Jadyn Maiaba just doing a great job in the two-minute offense, not forcing the issue, spreading the ball out, going empty backfield with five receivers out and just finding the open guy.

That time handling the low snap, doesn't lose his poise, doesn't lose his focus, and he's got USC down in scoring territory in a matter of a few plays.

They used their first timeout, so he still has two.

And again, we talked about, when we talked to Lincoln Riley, he said, "Look, in regular situations in the regular part of the field, he was great last year.

Great decisions, took care of the football, never put it in harm's way.

Where he had some issues was sometimes on third down, sometimes in the red zone, and in two-minute situations.

That's where he needs to take the next jump in his development," and he's showing that so far here in the first half.

He's got over 200 yards passing, two total touchdowns already, USC over 300 yards of total offense, and now more from King Miller.

First and goal Trojans.

Showing off everything in this first half.

So the clock pauses at 38 seconds.

We'll start when they get to the line here.

But still the two timeouts to work with and a whole lot of time to get the final four yards.

Miller will get it in one try.

Touchdown USC.

First of the season and the King is back in his castle.

Ninth career touchdown for the former walk-on who earned a scholarship after last season, and it's 28-nothing SC.

Same play from two backs where they're gonna pull the backside guard in tackle, but watch now as they pull the backside guard and tackle, watch what King Miller's gonna see.

Go ahead and run this play.

You're gonna see they pull the backside guard, and right here King Miller's gonna say, "Okay, I'm not gonna go outside where the blocking is.

I see a crease backside.

I'm gonna cut it back."

Good vision by the back.

Inside for the touchdown and USC starting to roll.

Good mix of run and pass, good decision-making by Jadyn Maiaba distributing the football, and we've seen both King Miller and Wayman Jordan running behind this veteran offensive line.
