Vrabel Disputes Costly Flag in Patriots' 29-26 Win Over Bills

Mike Vrabel criticized official Bill Vinovich over a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty with 1:48 left in the second quarter, and Buffalo turned it into a game-tying touchdown a few plays later. Vrabel said he apologized but still thinks the call was too sensitive. Vinovich said the language Vrabel used made a warning unlikely. New England answered in the second half with a 14-play scoring drive and a game-clinching interception of Josh Allen, improving to 2-2 and keeping the Bills from taking a two-game division lead. Drake Maye threw three touchdowns and earned a game ball.
