Let's start on Saturday.
Japan came out swinging four zero over Tunisia with one of the most convincing performances, que los nipones nos dando.
It was amazing to see the organization, the effectiveness.
And Tunisia was not a bad team.
The problem with Tunisia is that they have such a terrible lead-up to the World Cup.
After winning their qualification, super easy, w- really, really head and shoulders above the rest of the comp- of competition, the federation decided to fire the coach, bring a coach a few weeks before the World Cup, change the team.
They played terrible.
Not only with that, when they lose their first game, they fire the coach and bring another one that has never trained them in the middle of the tournament, and that is why Tunisia is already eliminated of the tournament.
Now, Ecuador, disappointing tie with Curaao, zero-zero.
Ecuador, again, such a Cinderella story, my friends.
They ended up second place in the CONMEBOL qualifiers.
They defeated Argentina.
They defeated Colombia.
They defeated Brazil.
Everybody was so, so on board with Ecuador as one of the standout Latin American countries to represent.
A little did we know that this small country called Curaao will come and they spoil their party, my friends.
Now we move on to the next game.
Germany barely edging Co- Cte d'Ivoire or Costa de Marfil, como dicen en espaol.
Germany, again, they are qualified, very convincing performance.
But Costa de Marfil, they still have one more game.
And then to close out the day, Netherlands destroying Sweden five to one without any effect that Sweden had already win five-zero.
We thought that it w- gonna be, more even game, but the Netherlands have proven to be one of the favorite team.
Pero sigo diciendo que no era penal.
It doesn't matter.
I won't wear a Netherlands jersey, although they're playing really, really well, and for me right now, one of the favorites.
Then on Sunday, we started out with Egypt finally winning in a World Cup for the first time in their history against New Zealand.
New Zealand started out surprising everyone.
Team Payne playing really, really well.
Y el grandote de Nueva Zelanda came out, high boom, put a header in, and they were surprising Egypt, but Mo Salah had a very, very, very inspired performance.
He scored.
He gave an assist.
And Marmoush, the other big star from Egypt, had a slightly disappointing performance.
He didn't do much.
We were expecting so much more, but then he will have another chance because most likely Egypt will advance to the next round.
Cabo Verde and Uruguay, we've talked about that.
Two-two, surprising, but now we're all getting on that bandwagon, the Cabo Verde bandwagon, my friends.

Then another very, very surprising result, Iran tying zero-zero with Belgium.
That's right, Belgium, the one with Lukaku, the one that we thought that it was one of the European superpowers, it was not enough for them to defeat Iran.
And now, with that result, Iran has a slight, a glimmer of possibilities to qualify.
And then a result that nobody was doubting.
Espaa came out swinging, and they defeated four-zero over Saudi Arabia, my friends.
Saudi Arabia, a team that had a little bit of, you know, magic still carrying from the last World Cup when they defeated, Argentina in the first game.
But it wasn't, it was clear that there are different tiers in this World Cup, and Spain is now playing where we want them to play, at the level that we expected.
Cuidado con Espaa.
Lamine Yamal came in after not playing the first game, scoring the first 10 minutes, and then he was subbed at half.
Just so, so we understand the capacity and the scale and the depth of this team.
Incredible result.
