But my, what interests me most about Cam Ward's neighborhood is how close he is to the other AFC South quarterbacks.
Oh.
And- That is surprising I could, I could maybe even include Jalen Hurts in this one, but, because that's the week two game.
But how close Cam is sitting there next to C.J.
Stroud at 20 and Daniel Jones at 18.
And Trevor Lawrence is at 12, and Chris Simms said in that excerpt that we played earlier that he, you know, "I could turn around after the year and say, 'Man, I messed up.
Cam Ward should be 12 or 14.'"
And so to me, I'm looking- As a known Trevor Lawrence defender, I am pleased with him being the clear leader in the pack, just so you know.
That's fine.
But, but what's so interesting, and why I think those three quarterbacks, Daniel Jones, C.J.
Stroud, and Cam Ward being that close in Chris Simms' rankings before the season, tells me the Titans can accomplish their goals this year.
Because what did the Titans do around Cam Ward better or just as good as anybody else improved the roster?
True.
And if the difference between Cam Ward and those guys is two spots, three spots, five spots- But is it?
Y- your, your answer is telling me that you think that those are accurate, and I think one of them is way inaccurate.
That's wh- this is what's most interesting, it's what's most interesting to me to talk through, right?

Do you think that those AFC South quarterbacks are slotted correctly?
I mean, no, 'cause I think one, Will Le- Willis should be way back.
I think Jalen Hurts is- No.

I mean, what I don't want is like- 'Cause one, there's, to me there is a, there's a Somebody's wrong on, on this, in my opinion.
Well, is the- Real wrong is there a bigger gap between 18 and 23 than the numerical rankings allow there to show, right?
Like, what's the, is there a pl- is there a drop?
I think- That's what We don't, we can't see that, 'cause if there's a clear, like you said, 1A, 1B of Shuck and Cam, and then a true C of Jaxson Dart, he's not on the same level.
So is there a drop-off after Stroud and Hurts maybe?
Right.
Is there And I could see that.
If you're saying Stroud and Hurts are 2021, there might be a significant drop before Dart and Cam at 22, 23.
Well, here, here's what I was trying to get you to say, and you're clearly not gonna say it 'cause I don't think you think it, which is fine.
