Whether, like, we deem them positive or negative, right?
Like, I, I, I don't know how we got to this point, but it's just the way that the world is now.
You have people that will sit in front of their, their computers or their phones and maybe look at a person, like, you know, do a podcast or, you know, you know, read the news or whatever, right?
And they be like, "Oh man, I don't like that person."
Like, never really met them, but it's just the, the type of energy that they put out, and I, I'm big on energy.
Like, the energy that Jaxson Dart brought to the locker room, was not a goo.
And, and regardless to what happened afterwards, which Abdul Carter tweeted, he backtracked.
I'm pretty sure somebody within the Giants organization probably pulled him to the side and said, "Hey, man, it's not a good look, man.
Y'all, y'all gotta work this thing out.
Y'all, y'all are the two cornerstone players on the team," right?
Both of these guys came into the NFL at the same time.
Abdul Carter was, what, the second overall pick for the Giants?
And then we know later on, you know, Jaxson Dart, became a member of the Giants when the Giants moved back into the first round to obtain him.
But at the end of the day, they didn't want that type of energy, and I just, I, I just don't believe that that was the right decision for Jaxson Dart.
And, and some people are, you know, you know, taking shots at his character.
Like I said, I don't know the dude.
I don't know him.
But I do know when you are the face of a franchise, playing a quarterback position in one of the biggest media markets in, in the entire country, in New York, y- you gotta make sure that you are You gotta move a little bit differently.
And, unfortunately, your boy, you know, that wasn't the right move in my opinion.
I mean, because it created a divide within the locker room.
It's kinda, like, similar to, you know, with, with the whole situation about, you know, you know, the national anthem and stuff like that.
I mean, and we know about, when it came to the Saints, we had Malcolm Jenkins, who was critical of, of, of Drew Brees during that time.
So I mean, as great as Drew Brees was, you know, like, it still made a teammate feel a certain type of way.
So when you, when you're the face of a franchise, I just think that you have to be mindful of that.
And you know, and I will even say this.
When you look at a person's character and see how much they have done throughout the years, you can kinda, like, look and say, "Ah, I don't know about that," you know?
But I mean, I, I, I don't think you should hold that against them because of their body of work.
