Who would I like to see at least be a finalist in, you know, my pick would be Evan Bouchard.
And I, I say that just because he's got 77 points, guys.
Like, almost 10 more points than the next highest guy.
And, you know, you can say all you want about how he is defensively.
You know, for the Norris Trophy of late, it has been an offensive defenseman's award, let's face it.
You know, we're not giving it to the Jacob Slavins.
We're giving it to guys that are putting up, like, 30 goals or 100 points, and Evan Bouchard has a chance at 100 points, and if he gets 100, I don't know how you don't vote him in as the Norris winner.
Well- I mean, there's precedent there with, 'cause Erik Karlsson was a terrible defensive defenseman, and he had 100 points, and he won a Norris.
Yeah.
But, I mean, yeah, part of the w- winning the Norris is defense, and Evan Bouchard plays none of it.
what's the last time- There's some of it, come on Yeah.
What, what, what's the last time a Norris Trophy winner was traded in mid-season?
Because, Quinn Hughes, I think, will be one- of the three nominees, along with Makar and probably Zach Werenski.
I'd like to see Hughes winning it on the, on the heels of what he did for Team USA at the Olympics.
