Mickey is an “Expendable” — a disposable worker on a colonization mission to the icy planet Niflheim. Each time he dies, his consciousness is transferred into a new, cloned body, allowing him to continue his perilous duties. The plot thickens when he comes face to face with his successor, the identical-looking Mickey 18.
Naomi Ackie ( Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker ), Steven Yeun ( Minari ), Toni Collette ( Hereditary ), and Mark Ruffalo ( Poor Things ) also star. Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner ( Moonlight , 12 Years a Slave ) produced alongside Director Bong and Dooho Choi ( Okja , Snowpiercer ), with Brad Pitt, Jesse Ehrman, Peter Dodd and Marianne Jenkins exec producing.
