  • A modern mansion in Jackson, Wyoming, bordering the Bridger-Teton National Forest, is on the market for $9.95 million in the Snake River Sporting Club.

A turnkey contemporary mansion in a Peyton Manning-favored golf club just hit the market. Built in 2022, the modern home sits on 35 sprawling acres within the Snake River Sporting Club in Jackson, Wyoming. Fans of the exclusive private resort and residential community, which borders the Bridger-Teton National Forest and has an 18-hole golf course and an equestrian center, will tell you that Manning once frequented the site as a member. The club's latest listing, in the Ranch Estates enclave, allows you to get in on the fun, too, for a cool  $9.95 million  via Kelsey Spaulding of Keller Williams Jackson Hole.

As part of the  Ranch Estates , the fully furnished three-bedroom home and its "toy barn" place you in the middle of the Snake River ecosystem. The home, along River Bend Road, was designed by renowned local architect Stephen Dynia of  Dynia Architects  and built by  Mill Iron Timberworks . Its excellent craftsmanship is best made clear in how it maximizes natural light and frames unobstructed vistas of Wolf Mountain.

The living room sits beneath a custom walnut ceiling, alongside a three-sided fireplace encased in steel.

Reddish-brown steel accents contrast with vertical-strip wood cladding on the exterior. Crowned by a monopitch metal roof, the sturdy, rustic materials and organic palette help the home's sharp angles and clean lines blend into its natural setting. Its modern appeal takes a bolder approach indoors, starting in the foyer, where the custom walnut woodwork found throughout the home makes its debut. Past a slatted wood screen that allows for a glimpse of the mountain views from the front door, the formal dining room seats eight people beneath a soaring ceiling. The eat-in kitchen with a large island, quartzite counters, and a butler's pantry is conveniently nearby.

A three-sided gas fireplace encased in a metal-clad column separates the dining room and the living room with dramatic flair. There are epic vantages of the rolling landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, while sliding doors ahead of the dining space open out to the expansive back patio, where an alfresco dining space is found, plus a fire pit, hot tub, and multiple lounge spaces for sunset watching.

The patio and hot tub are positioned to take in the wrap-around scenic vistas.

Back inside, the primary suite affords you panoramic views of the horizon from the bedroom, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom, with the latter featuring dual stone-carved sinks and a steam shower. Other key features include a Sonos surround system and Lutron automatic blinds throughout, plus raised garden beds set alongside an irrigated yard and plants. While the house does feature an attached three-car garage, another three rides can be stored in the 1,345-square-foot "toy barn" that is equipped to store RVs, ATVs, golf carts, and bikes for leisurely fun.

Residents who take steps to become club members will gain access to an infinity pool, a golf simulator, sports courts, moon bikes, and more following an initiation fee of $150,000, with another $23,000 in annual dues. Residents also have year-round access to the equestrian center, according to  the website .
