Srta. Cotto Silva was born and grew up in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras Campus. She has been teaching for 20years, fiveof those in Rose Hill. She likes to spend quiet time reading a book or just taking a walk. She loves to visit her family back in Puerto Rico or have them here for a couple of days.

Miss Garrity grew up in Buffalo, New York. She has been teaching at Rose Hill Elementary for 21 years. Miss Garrity also has a background in Early Education. Miss Garrity received a B.A. in English and Political Science from Manhattan College, a M.S. in Criminology from American University, her Education degree from Buffalo State College, and is working on her ESOL certification from UVA.

Mrs. Malone was born and raised in Fairfax County!  She attended Longwood University and accomplished her life long dream of becoming a teacher.  Mrs. Malone taught one year of 1 ^st grade in Tampa, FL followed by teaching three and half years of 2 ^nd grade in FCPS before taking an extended maternity leave to raise her two amazing and rambunctious sons.  She enjoys reading and is super excited to become part of the Rose Hill family this school year!

Ms. Fennell started her teaching career here at Rose Hill ES in 2016 after  completing a Masters’ in Education at GW. She is from Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida. When she is not at Rose Hill, Ms. Fennell likes to spend time with her family and friends and try new things! 

My name is Stephany Tlatelpa. I was born and raised in Alexandria, VA. I attended George Mason University and graduated with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Integrative Studies in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and making long lasting memories. A fun fact about me is that I have an identical twin sister and we both teach at Rose Hill Elementary School.
