Transportation Safety Tips for the End of Daylight Saving Time
The end of Daylight Saving Time (DST) means that students and families should consider extra safety measures when traveling home from school in the evening and be patient with themselves in adjusting to the change in time.

Parent Resource Center Is Now Family Resource Center
FCPS’ Parent Resource Center has changed its name to the Family Resource Center (FRC). This change recognizes the diversity of families that the division serves, and “acknowledges families in a more inclusive way,” says Renee LaHuffman-Jackson, coordinator of Family and School Partnerships.

No Money Needed for Prom Dress Shop at Centreville High School
Marketing students from Centreville HS and the Fair Oaks Classroom on the Mall program will open their Prom Dress Shop on Friday, March 24, at Centreville HS. The shop helps financially challenged students attend prom by providing dresses and accessories at no cost.
