Academic Advising

Selecting courses is not an easy task, and our hope is to provide all of these resources to students and families so that students will be able to make more informed choices. We want students to choose wisely, focusing on their strengths and interests as well as their overall mental/emotional well-being in considering the overall course load and workload. By the time students meet with their School Counselor, they already know what they want to take next year, with courses that not only meet graduation requirements, but also meet life and interest balance.

Change Your Mind?

Between March 7, 2026 and Spring Break, there will be no opportunities to change course selection.The reason is that we need to determine if courses will need to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment as well as to determine staffing for individual departments based on current course enrollment. There will be an opportunity after Spring Break to put in a request to change a course for next year. More information to come.
