Families will receive an email registration confirmation when their student is successfully registered.
Several enrichment camps are available for elementary school students.
You may also wish to contact your student’s school to see if the school is offering any programs.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
All centrally-operated, tuition-based summer learning programs provide a discount based on free and reduced meal status. Students must be approved by the Food and Nutrition Services office.

It is possible to create a payment plan for several programs. Call us (703-658-1201) for payment plan information .

However, reduced tuition is available for FCPS students who are approved for free or reduced meals .
If this is a tuition-based class, email the finance office ( [email protected] ) . Please include your student’s name, FCPS ID number, and the name of the course. The staff will withdraw the student and process the refund if a refund is possible.

Logistics and Attendance
Transportation is provided to all centrally-operated, in-person Summer Learning programs. Visit the program's page for more information.
It is important for students to attend on time each day.
Each program shares its process and procedures for reporting tardies and absences on the first day of the program.
Teachers will provide instructions for how to join their class 1-2 days before the class begins.
Program administrators will share this information before their program starts.
