Eligible employees can watch these pre-recorded webinars from the Virginia Retirement System (VRS) to learn more about retirement. 
  • “Are You on Track?” – Get up to speed on your VRS membership and the importance of planning now for your future. Topics include an overview of your VRS benefits and optional programs, why you may want to purchase prior service, and member account resources, such as myVRS.   • “Are You Ready to Retire?” – (within 5 years of retirement) This presentation guides you through important decisions, such as when to retire and selecting a benefit payout option, using myVRS and your benefits after retirement.   • “Your Next Steps” – (within 3-4 months of retirement) This presentation walks you through the VRS retirement application process (online in myVRS or using paper forms).
