Camp Forms

1. After initial signup, parents will receive an email with a link to forms and materials to complete enrollment for camp. Please make sure the email address on the initial sign-up form is correct. Check your spam folder in case camp emails get redirected.

2. All forms must be sent to our mailing address, which can be found on this page, or can be faxed to 518-302-0454

3. When mailing forms by Fedex, UPS, or USPS please email the camp at info@girlshorsecamp.com with a tracking # to ensure a successful delivery. Please DO NOT send any mail that requires a signature to be delivered, as the camp property is gated and a long distance from the main lodge.

4. Please keep in mind that the camp CANNOT accept forms the day the camper arrives to camp. Please submit forms as soon as you receive them and are able to fill them out, prior to camp start.

5. Camp email with forms contains a 2016 camp book that has all the check-in and check-out procedures for camp. Please read the book thoroughly to avoid confusion upon arrival.

6. A + Program Protection Insurance is also available for all tuitions. In case a camper becomes homesick, the parent's investment is protected. Please review the A+ Program Protection here: Camp Insurance
