Block phone numbers

You can add phone numbers to a blocklist to prevent inbound calls and SMS chats from those numbers from being handled.

Add a phone number to the blocklist

To add a phone number to the blocklist, follow these steps:

1. In the CCAI Platform portal, click Settings > Consumer Management. If you don't see the Settingsmenu, click menu Menu.

2. In the Phone Number Blocklistpane, click Add Phone Number. The Add Phone Numberdialog appears.

3. In the Phone numberfield, enter the phone number to be blocked, including the country code.

4. Click Save.

Remove a phone number from the blocklist

To remove a phone number from the blocklist, follow these steps:

1. In the CCAI Platform portal, click Settings > Consumer Management. If you don't see the Settingsmenu, click menu Menu.

2. In the Phone Number Blocklistpane, for the phone number you want to remove, click close Close.

3. In the confirmation dialog, click OK.
