The "Insert Subaccount" method is used to create a new subaccount.
This method utilizes an HTTP POST request to a specified URL containing the user profile ID.
The request requires a request body containing a Subaccount
instance.
A successful response will contain a newly created Subaccount
instance in the response body.
Authorization with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dfatrafficking
OAuth scope is required to perform this action.
Inserts a new subaccount.
