Change the shipping speed
After you place an order, you can't change the shipping speed selected at checkout. However,some delivery carriers may allow you to schedule specific delivery dates or request to hold your package for pick up at a local location. Examples of delivery carriers include:

- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- Yamato

Change the payment method or items in your order
When your order is placed, you can't change the payment method or items in your order. To reorder with the correct payment method or items, cancel your order. If it's too late to cancel, you can:
- Refuse the delivery
- Return it within 15 days after delivery
