All year we've been wondering 'where's winter'? I do believe we found it!
Today's low temperature was -31, with a windchill making it feel like -43! That was sure a kick in the knackers this morning, after having months of barely below 0 temperatures.
So I took a look at what the weather is like in Okinawa...the temperature difference is 42 degrees !! -24 here, 18 above there. Oh, these are the times I wish I could live there. But then again, I don't think they are showing any Olympic hockey in Japan, so perhaps I can live with the cold here ;)
