確かに今までの気候に合わせて、社会のインフラは整備されてきましたが、
地球温暖化によって、対処しきれなくなる・・・
そしてそうなった場合に、一番被害を被るのは、
やはり貧しい国の人たちである。。。
英会話上級を聞いていると、
恵まれすぎた生活をしている日本人にとって、考えさせられることばかりです。
