クリスさんによるテイスティングノート :

Nose: Polished oak and leather, perfect slow roasted meat and a redcurrant jelly

Palate: Strawberries to start then bursting with a maritime, salt and pepper and smoky quality

Finish: Long and lingering, toasted barley, damp bonfire ash and late sweetness (CGL)

香り：光沢のあるオークとレザー。低温調理で完璧に仕上がったローストビーフに赤スグリのゼリー。

味わい：始めにイチゴを感じ、次第に塩気とペッパー、スモーキーな海辺のニュアンスがあふれ出す。

フィニッシュ：香ばしい大麦に湿った焚き火の灰。後から甘みも感じるフィニッシュがいつまでも続く。

一目で真夜中を思わせる漆黒のラベルに、「ミッドナイト」にふさわしいイラストをかかげ、シェリー樽の影響をしっかり受け継いだダークカラーとリッチなフレーバーに仕上がりました。
