an organization of people who do the same job or have the same interests:
the Women's Guild
ギルドというと、世界史で習ったドイツのギルドをイメージしちゃいますが、普通にこうやって使われているんですねえ。
こうやってあらためて、字幕と台詞を比べると、いかに字幕が省略されているかがわかりますね。やっぱり、字幕なしで元の英語で台詞を理解できるとおもしろいフレンズをもっと楽しめそう！ちょっとモチUP。
Joey: Ooh, it's probably a residual check, hey can you open it for me, I'm kinda….
字幕：小切手かな これだから読んで
residual：[only before noun]

エステルとのからみはこれよりも前のエピソードを見なきゃわからないかもしれませんね。飛ばし飛ばししか見てないので、私。

という意味があるみたいなので、a blinding painで「激痛」って感じかな。
