A pair of female suicide bombers detonated explosives in two of Moscow's subway stations at the height of Monday's morning rush hour, killing at least 35 and injuring dozens more. The first explosion occurred shortly before 8 AM at the Lubyanka station in central Moscow, which sits underneath the building that houses the main offices of the Federal Security Service, the KGB's main successor agency. About 30 minutes later, a second bomb rocked the Park Kultury station. Chechen separatists(分離独立派)have claimed responsibility for the attacks, which were similar to previous bombings carried out by such groups.
