写真-フィリピン。。。「がんばれフィリピン人」
疲れたー、何気に今日このブログデザインを変えてみた。今までUpしてあった、写真も右のフォトコーナーで見れるようになったし。。。暇な人は（いないよね。。。）ボーっと見てると、フィリピン関係の写真がたくさんでてくると思います。今度、ブログに載せれなかった写真もUPする予定。写真といえば。。。以前、Photos@Philippines ( http://Pilipinas.exblog.jp/ )のサイトでプロの方が写真をUPしているサイトを発見。写真、めっちゃ綺麗なんです。是非みてください！綺麗すぎてフィリピンっぽくない部分もあるけど、。。。いやっ、これが真実のフィリピンのはず！絶対、そう思います。空気が臭く大気汚染がひどいフィリピン。この写真を見ると実生活とはすこしギャップがあります。そして、なぜか「頑張れフィリピン人」って彼らの背中を押したくなります。なぜかって？フィリピン人の有能な人材って、アメリカやその他の国へ就職、そして永住してしまうんですよね。有能な人材が海外で働いて、外貨をフィリピン国内に持ってきてフィリピンの経済が少し良くなってきているのは確かですが、フィリピンの有能な人材が海外へ行ってしまって、国内の政府や国民のモラルは高まらないのも現状。だから、言いたい。フィリピンの魅力ある観光地、いい部分の人間さをアピールする為にも「がんばれフィリピン人」。。。。Photos@Philippines ( http://Pilipinas.exblog.jp/ )のサイト。バギオのカテゴリのフラワーフェスティバル。ものすごい、懐かしい。子供達ががんばって練習したんだなぁと、自分もあの時思って見てました。来年のフラワーフェスティバルに行ける人は、（パレードがすごく長いので）お水とお菓子を持って行ってきてくださいね＾＾）**************************************Pictures in the Philippines-"Do something about your country!Filipinos. **************************************I'm exhausted due to updating my blog,.,.,You can see the pictures on the right side which I updated in this blog before.If you have time, check them ^^Next time, I might update the other pictures.As I said this is about"Pictures"...I found a good blog which contains a lot of beautiful pictures.The person who took them is a professional cameraman.This is the site ,.,.,Photos@Philippines ( http://Pilipinas.exblog.jp/ )I think some pictures aren't like the places in the Philippines in reality.Philippines, especially downtown, is polluted by car smog,When I saw these pictures, I felt there was a big gap between the real life in the Philippines and the one shown on the pictures because the pictures were so beautiful.And then, I wanted to say ,"Do something about your country! Filipinos "or"Love you country".Many talented Filipinos usually go to USA or other countries and work, and finally they permanently stay abroad.Nowadays, they take foreign currency to the Philippines and its economy is growing up. But I think the Philippines can't improve rapidly if its people who have great abilities go abroad.But the truth is they prefer to work outside than stay in their own country. So I want to say, Do something about your country! Filipinos.

今日は台風にて停電(TmT)o
今日は台風により停電。一時、フィリピン-バギオ一帯が停電になったみたい。自分がすんでいるUPPER QMは、最初は大雨だなー、停電だなー、なんて思っていたんだけど、昼すぎから夜8時前まで電気なし。しかも、最近とっても寒い。たぶん日本と同じくらいじゃなのかな。バギオの気候は常に日本の「春か秋」なんです。その同じ気候でも、最近はバギオ市民の服装もさまざま。Tシャツ一枚で歩いている人もいれば、長袖を着ている人もいる。自分に限っていえば、ここ「UPPER」です。空気が薄い。（かも）そして、寒い。街中よりちょびっと寒いわけす。最近は靴下を履きながらの勉強が普通になってきました。話し戻って、ここに移り住んでから初めてロウソクを使い、ロウソクの火のあかりで勉強をしました＾＾。でも、電気がないって暇。勉強のやる気もだんぜん低くなるし。。。たぶん、もしこれが連続して続いたらうんざりだけど、壁から雨水が滴り落ちることもなかったので、まぁ一日くらいならOKです。そうそう、バギオにいる皆さん。ロウソク。懐中電灯必須ですよー＾＾************************************************The power interruption in Baguio, Philippines because of the super typhoon************************************************Today, there was a power failure in Baguio.First, I thought, "It rains a lot.It's windy,.,.but next,,,Well, no electricity,.,.,"It was restored before 8PM.It was so cold.You know, these days It's getting cold.I think the temperature in Baguio is similar to Japan's at present.Baguio's people usually wear T-shirts but recently the situation changed.Now, people wear long-jackets and others still wear T-shirts.In my case, I live in Upper QM.so it's located in a high place.People say that in high places there is only little air...but I think this is a lie because this place is colder than downtown.Anyway, I studied English by candlelight for the first time in Baguio.There was no light till 8PM. I was so bored of sitting down .I was sunk in apathy,.,.,because of the power interruption,.,..I think if this situation continues, I won't be tolerant .This time, there was no leak in my room. So I had no problems^^If you stay in baguio, you need some candles so you can survive in this town^^

我が家にいたイラン人。今は住民4人。
現在、我が家は住民が4人になりました。一番多い時で7人。先月に韓国人の高校生が帰り、昨日イラン人がマニラへ行ってしまいました。噂では、今度、台湾人と韓国人が来るとかこないとか。。。今日はイラン人に会って思ったことを書いておこうかと。イランと言えば、北朝鮮とならんである意味、世界から注目される”熱い国”です。彼と会う前はただ単に「核保有国」「貧しい国」「危険な人種」なんて思っていたんですが、「貧しい国」「危険な人種」って言うのは違った。石油があるんですよね。人々がフィリピンよりだんぜん豊かな暮らしをしているみたいです。一番驚いた部分は日本と同じように「四季」があるということ。雪も降るんですね。また、紀元前に建てられた遺跡も多々あり、イラン人の人は誇りを持っているようです。それゆえに、アメリカなど西洋の文化、歴史には反発するものがあるらしく彼の中にも戦争。という事に対して、肯定的な意見が多々ありました。彼曰く、「濃縮ウラン」製造開始は国民として誇らしいことらしく国民総立ちだったらしい。そんな彼のお父さんは、元市長だったらしく、彼が「兵隊になりたい！」と言ったのを諭し、「歯医者になりなさい！」と言い、今彼は歯医者になる為勉強している状況。自分の中で、お父さん最高。平和な心を持っているなどと思ったわけです。確かに、彼の中で「戦争志向」はあるものの、「歯医者」を目指しているなんて平和な感じじゃないですか。彼曰く、イラン国内（へ）の電話、手紙、e-mailはすべて、政府の特殊機構によって検閲（盗聴）されていてイラン人でも政府の批判はできない体制らしい。ちょっと、日本では信じられないですよね。(何回も彼に聞きなおしたけど本当らしいです。)話しているとき「我が国」「我が国」という言葉が多々でてくるものの、（日本人から見た）普通の考え方も持っている。又は、受け入れる考えを持っているみたい。彼の場合はそうだった。。。、。、。まっ、この3ヶ月間面白い経験をさせてもらいました。もし、あなたがイラン人に会ったら、是非話しかけてみて。面白い事間違いなし。あと、平和について熱く語ってみてください。（ものすごく大変だけど）世界が平和になるきっかけになるかっもしれません＾＾*********************A Persian in my house*********************Now, the residents in my house are 4people.The Korean went back to his country last month and the Persian went to Manilabecause he'll transfer to another school,.,.Rumor has it that a Taiwanese might stay here.Anyway, I'm supposed to write about the Persian.When we hear about "Iran", we think that it's "a hot country"which is observed by the world, which has nuclear power.Before I met him, I thought Iran was "the nuclear haves", "a poor country" and "the rude race".After that, I changed my mind because Iran is not "the poor country" and "the rude race".It is abundant in crude oil so an Iranian lives a rich life. The part that startled me most are "the four seasons".It snows too.There are some remains of an acient city, so they are proud of their heritage.Therefore, they resist "Western culture", especially USA. My Persian friend also has some affirmable opinions about "War".He said that when they started producing enriched uranium, the announcement benefited the Iranian nation.His fahter was an ex-mayor. When he said, " I want to become a soldier", his father expostulated him about his remark and said, " You have to become a dentist.!!!!" that's why he studys hard...I just want to say, "His father is great!"Nowadays, he aims to become a dentist(of course, he still likes war...)It is peaceful.I like it.He also says that all communications are wiretapped by the secret institution of Iran...If Iranians criticize their goverment, they will be arrested by the secret police.This is an amazing fact, isn't it? I listened to it several times, it might be true.When I saw him, he kept saying "My country,,. My country,.,.,"But he had common thinking.Anyway, I had an interesting encounter with him.If you meet a Persian, try to talk to them and discuss about a peace.they can understand our mind.(Maybe)This might be one chance to make peace in the world,.,..,.,.,.

2006年10月23日勉強の記録。
久しぶりに勉強の記録。ちゃんと説明できる先生が皆この時期大学に戻るらしく、いい先生がいない（涙）この前まで4時間先生を雇っていたが、今は1時間。いやっ、先生がいない今こそ勉強の充実を図るか。。。。I haven't recorded my studying.My teacher who is intelliegent is going back to her university.At present, I'm worried about my study.,.,She still teaches English to me . but I want to say "Come back!"^^*******************************luの勉強の記録。"Lu's studying record"*現状Now*単語量が少ない。TOEICの準備を全くしていない。I don't have a large vocabulary.I haven't prepared TOEIC examination yet.*今後Forward*TOEIC対策をする。単語力のUP。先生とインタビューの訓練I'll study TOEIC.I'll remember English words.I'll train about interview skill with my teacher..(Who? フィリピン-庶民の飯。
バギオのPINESにいた時は、まずい飯を食っていたけど、最近はおいしい飯を食っています。でも、よく考えたらそれ以外は「マクド」「イエローキャブ」「その他pizza屋」「P100以上のお店」に行っていたので、フィリピン庶民の味はそんなに知らない。とゆーことで、滞在期間も残り少なくなってきたので、フィリピンの飯を食ってみようということで食べに行ってきました。今回、フィリピン人の平均的な夕食はP80（約200円） ぐらいと聞いていたんですが納得。ジュースを合わせたらたしかにP60-P80 でいける。でも、基本的にフィリピン人って小食な気がする。気のせいか？？？1-バギオのパブリックマーケットの近くにて。-Arroz Caldo P30-40（約70円)-味が付いたおかゆ？けっこう行けます。おいしい。（picture1)2-地元のフードコートにて。(Marharicaの地下）-P35（約85円）でケーキ付-これなら安いんじゃない？(picure2)しかし！先生が「ここはダメ！以前、何人もの人が食中毒にあっている！大丈夫？」って。。。先生曰く、味はおいしい。安い。が。。。2ヶ月前もここで食中毒にあった人がいるらしい。普通の人はいっちゃダメだって。。。俺って適応した？バギオに？？？まー確かに少し汚そうな食堂だったけど。。。。3-バーナンハム公園のジプニー乗り場にて-鳥の姿揚げ-ODOCS( 3本P15-18初チャレンジして見ました。まあまあ。。。(picture3)揚げる前。揚げた後。4-バーナンハム公園のジプニー乗り場にて-Mami P10-12-あっさりヌードル。量は少ないけどおいしい。(Picture4)5-パブリックマーケット。奥の方のコーヒーショップにて。-ALAMID COFFEE P400-フィリピン Civet産(picture5)買えない。高すぎる。なんと！この写真の動物（ALAMID)にコーヒー豆を食べさして、唾液とからましてできるコーヒー豆？がこのアラミドコーヒーらしい。11/17訂正。この動物はコーヒー豆が一番甘い時に実を食べるのだが、消化せずにウンコにでるらしい。それを洗って、干してできたのがこのアラミドコーヒー。数が少ないので貴重。とても、高い一品です。＾＾どんな味がするんだろう。でもほんと高すぎ。庶民には買えない一品です。フィリピンにいる方！教えて！トラックバックかけて、この話題したら！6-感動した一品。（パブリックマーケット）今日はかけません。1日20個の限定品。2週間後の友達が日本へ帰ったらまた、この日のブログにUPしておきます。（笑）***********************************************いやー、フィリピン人になり切れば外食も安くなるな。これは。。。また、今度地元料理をUPしておきますねー。ではでは。************************Common food, Philippines************************The first time, I came here and stayed in PINES, I always complainedabout the meal but recently, I don't.And when I recall my residency in Baguio, I usually went to "pizza parlors","Macdonald" and "A bit expensive diners".I mean, I don't know exactly Philippine food.So I'd eat it in my remaining term.This time, I understand why a Filipino said average budget for a meal is around P80.You can eat a P60-80 meal with beverage.Nevertheless, A Fililpino's appetite is lower. 謎謎。フィリピン。ビザ延長(3)ECC-ACR訂正。
今日、一度自分が出国する日が決まっているので、ECC料金を移民局へ払いに行く事を決意。まー、午前中に1回、このブログをUPしたので重い腰を上げたということもあるんですが。、。(観光visaとSSPでの滞在6ヶ月以上の人対象。それ以外の人はふーんって思って見て下さい。）バギオ移民局にて。自分：「ECCを払いに来たのですが、P700 でいいですか？」事務員：「写真2枚とP500持っていますか？ 」自分：「？？？」この？？？はあれ？写真？これってACR：外国人登録証の事？一応、写真を2枚持っていたので手続きをしてもらうことに。。。犯罪者に軽くなった気分で指紋を2セットの書類にそれぞれ押して、サインをし終了。約20分後作成された書類には「ECC」。まぎれもないECCでした。ということで、訂正。ACRの関連で「指紋」を押すと書いた部分。違いました。これ。でも、今回払った”P500"は「ECC料金2回目」なのか、「ECC無料で即日発行料金」よくわからん。フィリピン。謎です。とりあえず、6ヶ月以上滞在者は指紋が必要ということは確認。たぶん空港で無用な問題はなくなるはず。（と願う。フィリピンだから信用ならないけどね。）*EEC2回目*パスポート写真2枚とP500。が必要。（地域によってはP700？）もしかしたら、観光ビザとSSPホルダーは値段が少し違うかもしれない。出国する日がきまり、最後のビザ延長をするときに一緒に作るのが普通。たぶん自分で作ったほうが安い。以下。こんな感じの書類。******************************************************************************An enigma, A mystery.-Visa extension in the Philippines(3)ECC-ACR,correct part*******************************************************************************Today. フィリピン-ビザ延長(2)ECC-ACR
昨日に続き、ついでだからフィリピンのビザの話。特に短期ではなく、観光visa-SSP取得者の長期滞在者のへに情報。もし、違っていたら分かった時点で訂正します。これは、2006年10月時点での情報です。*ビザ延長について*フィリピンでのビザ延長は、誰でも簡単にできます。フィリピン国内滞在時に時間がある人はわざわざ旅行社などに依頼する必要はないと思います。（手数料P100-200ぐらいだったら別ですが）しかし、マニラや有名な都市で延長をすると人が沢山いて時間がかかります。ローカルな町で自分で延長するのがいいと思います。（バギオの場合だと、5-20分ぐらい。ダクパンは15分ぐらいだったかな）また、即日発行をしてもらうとP500必要。その町に1週間後などにいける場合は、事務の人に急ぎではないことを伝えて、パスポートを預けたほうが安い。ただし、預けたという何かしらの証拠をもらって帰ってくること。→12月7日追記。バギオのオフィサーによれば、この「即日発行EXPRESS LANE P500」はマニラでしかしていないらしい。ホントかどーかはわかりません。バギオ以外で更新する人は、ダメもとで聞いてみてください＾＾******************************************************************フィリピンのビザ免除は21日間。（日本人、韓国人など）最初の1回目延長は38日の延長です。（最初の入国から2ヶ月という意味）****************************************************************その後、バギオの場合（他の都市は知らない）”日本人なら2ヶ月間ずつの延長可能、最長入国から1年以内（もちろん1ヶ月も可能）””韓国人なら1ヶ月ずつの延長可能、最長入国から1年間以内。しかし、韓国人の場合1つの滞在地に6ヶ月以上はできない。もし、同じところに6ヶ月以上滞在している場合は違う町へ行きvisa延長をしないといけない”*******2ヶ月以上フィリピンに滞在する人へ*******ＡＣＲ（P1000）： 外国人登録証明書（Alien Certificate of Registration）ＥＣＣ（P700)： 出国許可証明書（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）が、それぞれ必要。（お金を払うだけ）しかし、これは、2ヶ月以上のvisa延長時に移民局の事務の人が自動に金額に入れてくれる。（この時、払う金額がいつもより高くなっているはず）*******6ヶ月以上フィリピンに滞在する人へ*******また、以下の2つをしなければならないらしい。1-ＡＣＲ（P???）：外国人登録と指紋押捺をしなければならない。これ！移民局により本人が行って、自分の指紋を押した書類を作成しなければならない。しかし、これは出国時に持ってなくても、だいたいそのまま帰れるそうです。お金は以前払った1回でいいので、徴収されても手数料のP500 以下。この前まで、自分の家にいた韓国人の青年はこの証明書を持っていました。（6ヶ月以上滞在者）→12月7日訂正。指紋採取はECCのことでした＾＾**2-ＥＣＣ（P500)：出国許可証明書（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）この2回目のECCを払っていないと必ず出国時にお金を払いなさいと言われます。6ヶ月以上滞在している人でビザ延長時に自分で「ECCもいっしょに払います」といわないと特に払う場面がありません。ということで、ビザ延長時に申告したほうがいいと思います。→12月7日追記ECC2回目は、指紋採取をしないといけません。写真2枚とお金(P500と思う）を持ち、本人が移民局へ行き手続きをする。********出国時******空港使用料P550 ペソが必要。この時に、ECCの不備があるとお金を徴収されるみたい。以上。（日本人と韓国人共通。他の国は？？？です）6ヶ月以上滞在で、超過でお金を取られるのが嫌な場合は、ビザ延長時に最初から手続きをしておくと安心だと思います＾＾また、今度自分の出国した後レポート書いておきます。→12月7日追記 フィリピン ビザ延長の話題のトピックです＾＾自分のブログ内の参考記事リンク。10月18日 10月19日 10月20日 11月20日たぶん参考になると思います。（2006年12月での情報です）**************************************Philippine-VISA Extension(2)ECC-ACR************************************Today, I write a sequel to the last topic "Philippines' visa".Especially, I give this information to a person who stays in the Philippines and has a tourst Visa or is on SSP holder.If this is wrong, I'll correct it again.This is the present situation(Oct 2006),.,.,.*About visa extension *This is very easy. フィリピン-ビザ延長(1)overstayingちょうど3週間前、自分と旅行に行ったメンバー中の韓国人がバギオにある韓国人経営の旅行社にビザの延長を頼んでいて先週の火曜日にパスポートを取りに行ったら、その旅行者のミスで、ちょうど、前回旅行へ行っている時までのビザがそのままになっていたことが発覚。そうです、違法滞在者になっていることに気づかずに旅行に行っていたんです。「フィリピンにいる韓国人も、いいかげんだ！信じられない！」みたいに激怒した後お金を返金してもらい、自分で延長することを決意。急きょ、一週間前にダグパンという町へ行きパスポート延長をして来ました。しかし、その時点で違法滞在なわけですが、案外軽い罰金で済んだみたい。パスポート延長のところに小さく「罰金Fine-P500」だけ。ダクパンは言った事がない町だったので自分も一緒に行き、地元の人にイミグレーションセンターを聞いて、一部始終を見ていたんですが、「あなた、オーバーステイね！」以上、終わり。旅行社の話しによると。。。（真実は知らない）ビザが切れて「1ヶ月以内」なら、P500 だけの「罰金」で済むようです。（日本人も同じ。過去に知り合いが語学学校の手違いでFINEを食らってました）ダグパン自体は、自分はもう行きたくありません。普通の町。バギオから約2時間。P90払い行ってきたのですが、海に近い、暑い。あとはフツーにトライシクルとジプニーがうじゃうじゃ。。。ここの大学があり学生の町らしいが、空気がねぇ。。。。続きは明日。。。*****************************************Philippines-Visa Extension(1)overstaying*****************************************One of my Korean friends who went on a trip with me asked a Korean travel agency for her visa extension three weeks ago.She went there to take her passport last Tuesday but they didn't extend her visa.Yes, actually she hit the road not noticing her overstaying situation.She was enraged at that stupid Korean agency."I believed in Korean, but some Koreans who live in the Philippines are lazy too.!"After she got angry, she refunded her money and she decided to extend her visa by herself.Instantly, she went to Dagupan and had her visa extended..I also went with her because I haven't been there.,.,.The truth is, she was penalized a bit small.Immigration officers said"Oh-, you're overstaying." and stamped "FineP500" on her passport.That's all.According to the Korean agency,If our visa expires and overstaying term is within a month, we can pay a fine and can live normally.This is applicable to all foreigners.It's a piece of cake,.,.,.You can resolve it by paying P500.I don't want to go to Dagupan again.There is nothing special.It's near sea and so hot.Their air is so bad. 今日は、英語なし。フィリピンペソが高くなっていて、いつも読んでいる為替王に面白い記事がかいてあったから紹介。フィリピンが気になる人意外はうーーん、読まなくいいかも。いつリンク切れるかわかりません＾＾為替王2006年10月12日より勝手にリンクして怒られちゃったりして。。。ちなみに、今日私の湯沸しポットが爆発しました。さすが、フィリピン。（たぶん、中国製）3ヶ月もたってないのに。。。で、今日SMバーゲンなので、新しいのを買ってきます。。。。余計な出費が。。。

旅行4日目バギオへ（Baguio)-（フィリピン）
朝、マックにて朝食をとる。ビガンはソーセージで有名。その名もロンガニサという。マック内にもそのセットがありました。なんとなく、メンバーがパッケージの写真を撮っていたのでUP.(Picture0)Vigan広場にて。（picture1)ビガンもラワグもバギオも。。。いやっ、すべての町が（マニラはひどすぎる）、排気ガスでの汚染で鼻の中が真っ黒になり、私のように重度の花粉症（アレルギー）を持っている人にとっては町の中心部では生きていけないのが実情です。前回来た時は、祝日かなんかでトライシクルが広場まで入ってきていなかったが今回はうじゃうじゃとありました。これはサンサンと輝く太陽と排気ガスから守るための格好です（変質者かも）＾＾また、この時期イネ科の草が花粉を出しているらしく、くしゃみが良く出ました；；（自分は、イネ科の花粉症も持っている）(picture2)カレッサ（馬車）に乗って、陶器工場（タダ）などを周る。（カレッサ-30分-P75)今回、陶器工場の釜？の中に入っていいということで覗いてきました。(picture3)メナ-クリソロゴ通りの骨董品屋で、旧日本軍が発行1941-1945年までフィリピンで強制的に発行したpesoを発見。すこし買ってきました＾＾私は日本軍がこの短い期間に通貨を発行していたことに驚き。一応、透かしが入っていて、偽物ではなさそう。昔はフィリピン人がこの通貨を「偽物通貨-ミッキマウスマニー-」と呼んでいたそうです。こういう、日本の負の遺産があるフィリピンだけど、普通に接してくれるフィリピン人の心の広い部分に感謝です。（自分の会っている人達が、大学を卒業した常識がある人だからかもしれない。。。）(Picture4)帰り。ビガンからバギオへ。（patrasバス。P294)夕方、バギオに帰ってきて久しぶりにセッションのマックからマビニストリートへ。韓国料理を食べに「ホードリー」に行ってきました。一人P200 ぐらいだったけど、今回の飯で一番旨かったかも。。。ままま、花粉症以外は満足。海も久しぶりに見れたし。。。バギオ以北の主要観光スポットは行った気がします。すべての日が晴天でよかった。。何よりです。********************************Fourth day-Baguio-（Philippine）********************************I had breakfast in Macdonald.Vigan's sausage is famous.It's called "Longganisa".My friend found "Set menu" in Macdonald.This was good^^(See picture0)In Plaza Salcedo（See picture1)Vigan, Laoag, Baguio.....Well. all cities in the Philippines are polluted due to exhaust gas.When I went to the plaza, my nostrils became black.People like me who have hay fever can't live in the central because of heavy smog. When I went there for the first time, there were a few tricycles.This time, there were many tricycles.Next picture was my fashion to protect me from sunshine and smog.(Pervert???),.,.,And I have an allergy with a certain kind of rice-like plant.During this trip, my nose was running ; ; .(See picture2)I rode a calesa.I went around some spots including a pottery.(calesa-30mins-P75)I went into the pottery.(See picture3)When I went to the antique shop. 旅行3日目(2)ビガン(Vigan)-（フィリピン）
パグドゥプドからバスにて(P70)ラワグへ。ラワグにてちょっと教会を見たりして昼飯を食ったあと、ビガンへ。(P100)(picture1)-St.Williams Cathedral--BellTower-*ビガン(Vigan)*前回に続き2回目。町中に16世紀に建てられたスペイン風の建物が残されている。中でも世界遺産に登録されているMenaGrisologo通りは一応、車が通れない決まりになっていて平和。他は。。。特になにもない町？かも。。。この日は夕方に着いたので、すぐホテルを泊まり飯を食って終了。ホテル。「Fernandia Hotel」2人でP1200 （テレビ有り広い）（本当は三人だと+P150ぐらい必要）2人-P1000（テレビなし狭い）ここのオーナーは日本人に基本的にやさしいと思う。。。夜。晩飯。レストラン「MAX」にて。。。メンバーの1人が、この日の昼に地元の食堂で食った怪しげな野菜に対してアレルギーがあって体中が赤くかぶれる症状が発生。今日の夜は地元料理を食べるのを辞めようということで、レストランへ。全国鶏肉チェーン「MAX」高い！1人P200-300 以上がざら。そんなにおいしくないのに、えらい出費でした。。。やっぱい、夜のviganのこの通りは美しい。。今日はここまで、。、。(Picture2)********************************Third day(2)Vigan-（Philippine)********************************I went to Laoag to take a bus from Pagudpud.(P70)After I saw the church and had lunch, I went to Vigan.(P100-bus) (See picture1)-St.Williams Cathedral--BellTower-*Vigan*I've been to this place.So this was my second visit.There are many spanish buildings which were built in the 16th century.Mena Crisologo street is registered in Unesco World Heritage.A car is banned to pass this street.This is a good place^^Anything else?There are no special places,.,.,Maybe...It depends on you.That day, I arrived in the evening.After I found a hotel and had dinner, I went to bed,.,.Hotel「Fernandia Hotel」2people-P1200 （with TV )（add 1person ,.,.,. P150 ）2people-P1000（without TV , a bit narrow room）I think that the owner of the hotel is kind to Japanese,.,.Dinner.One of our members had rashes because of an allergy to queer vegetables.We decided not to go to a local restaurant.So, we've been to "MAX" which is a chicken restaurant.It's famous in the Philippines,.,.It's expensive!One meal costs P200-300.I supposed this was normal....I mean, the price and taste didn't match.....,.,*Street scenery in Vigan,.,.It was great!(See Picture2)

旅行3日目(1)ブルーラゴン(Blue Lagon-Pagudpud)へ-（フィリピン）
朝起きたら、宿の兄ちゃんに「有名なビーチ」へ行くんですか？という、誘いが。チェックアウトが昼12時だったので、有名なビーチへ行く事に。トライシクル相場が往復P600 だという。単純にその値段聞いたとき「高い」と思い、（バギオーマニラのバス代P395ぐらい）交渉。とりあえず道を歩いて、トライシクルを見たら交渉するというもの。最初はP500 を提示。違う人へやっぱりこの時期P500が相場らしく、次の人も同じ事をいうが。。P400にて交渉成立。よくよく聞くと、自分らがビーチで遊んでいる間もおっちゃんは待っていてくれるみたい。自分らは、1時間30分ぐらい待っていてくれる？という条件で行ってきました。宿らへんから、ビーチまで約30分？かな。晴れていたから、その間の風景がすばらしい。フィリピン来たぞーーー！ってな風景ですね。マニラ-バギオと違って空気も綺麗だし。で到着。*Blue Lagon*水の透明度はよくないものの、日本みたいに臭い、キツイ「海」の臭いがそんなに感じられず、フィリピンにいるなーと感動。(picture1)（貴重品だけ自分らの手元に置いて、服はトライシクルのおっちゃんの近くに 置いておいたら、おっちゃんが地元の子供が自分らの物を盗もうとしているのから 守ってくれてました。ナイス。おっちゃん。）*SAUD BEACH*自分らがいた宿の横のビーチ。しかし、昨日着いたのが夕方だったので気づかず。すんげぇ残念。でも、綺麗でしょ。チョットボラッカイ？チックなの？ホントを知らないので。。。(picture2)以上、ここまでLittleBoracay今の時期稲刈りの時期らしく、道端に普通に稲を干していた。なんて、平和な光景なんでしょう。＾＾。。。ひょっとして、脱穀のため？わからん。(picture3)********************************************Third day(1)Blue Lagon-Pagudpud（Philippine）********************************************I got up and had breakfast.The staff asked me."Will you go to Blue Lagon?"So, we dicided to go to that beach because check out was at noon. The tricycle fee was P400But normal price was P500-P600.It took 30minutes from a resort.And he waited for us while we played for one and a half hours.I understand that price. It was so sunny.Scenery was very beautiful from a resort to Blue Lagon.*Blue Lagon*Water visibility was not good but it smells good.I mean if I compare it with Japanese' beach, this place is better. And scenery was very good.Unfortunately I didn't take a good picture in this place. 再び、ジプニーでラワグに戻って（P25 ）、昼飯を食った後、パゴプゥ行きのバスに乗って海へ出発です。（P70 ）いつも思うんだけど、ローカルのバスはすごい。強引に公園に置いてあるような形のベンチがバスに乗っかっていてクッション性”０％”。おまけに床は鉄のいた一枚で、ところどころ走っている道が腐って出来た穴から見えたりする。床が抜けるのも時間の問題だな。。と思いながらも約2時間ちょっとでパゴプゥに到着。全く、宿の情報がなかったので着いた所の看板を見て、トライシクルのおっちゃんに聞く。また、トライシクル代も交渉して三人でP50 。ちょっと高いと思ったが、なんか観光客に対して協定みたいのができてる感じで地元価格（1人P10ぐらい） にはならなさそう。まま、とにかくおちゃんに勧めて行ったのが、「SAUD BEACH RESORT」値段。。。シングルなし。。。。。。ダブル P3290。。。。。。トリプルP3590ベランダ付きだと、上料金にUP300 ペソぐらい。3人だったので、一泊約9000円。あほカーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー、常識の値段を言え！ホントのボラッカイじゃないぞ！、。、。「無理」バギオで住んでいるものにとってこの値段は無理です。おっちゃんに違うところを探してもらいー。。。と思ったら、隣のビーチへ。「POLARIS BEACH HOTEL」値段。。。。。。。トリプル P1000他の部屋と共通のベランダ有りこれでしょう。この値段を待っていた。でも、お客さんは全然いない。やっぱり、今夏じゃないしね。。。で、海へこの時夕方だったので、ちょっと海に入っただけ。(picture1)砂浜は普通なんだけど、海に入るとすぐ岩が。。。危険です。この時はなぜ、ここがリトル ボラッカイなの？って思ったけど明日、この謎が解明することになる。。。夜、ポラリスの飯高かった。グループで行く皆さん。自分達でBBQセットとか持っていって自炊したほうがいいですよ。普通にP40 で食えそうなものがP120 。魚一切れがP80 とか。。。えらーーーい、高い。カップラーメン必須かも＾＾ｖ************************************Second day(2) Pagudpud-（Philippine）************************************I went back to Laoag to take the jeepney(P25).After I had lunch, I left there and went to pagudpud(P70).When I saw the local bus, I thought that it was terrible.In the bus, there were the benches which looked like the park benches.The cushion was 0% and then, the floor consisted of just one steel board so there were some rotten holes.I supposed that this might fall down in the future....This is the Philippines,.,.Anyway, it took about 2 hours to arrive in Pagudpud.I didn't have any information about this place.I asked about a hotel and a beach and negotiated for tricycle fee.(P50)I think that Tricycle drivers have an agreement about a fare among them.It is difficult for a traveler to negotiate with them about a local fare.. First, the driver reccomended "SAUD BEACH RESORT" to me.Price:DOUBLE - P3290TRIPLE -- P3590If these are with veranda, an additional fare is added about P300.It was so expensive!I couldn't stay there.I gave up staying there and I asked the driver again .,.."POLARIS BEACH HOTEL"price:TRIPLE P1000.Yes, I was looking for this price.It had a common veranda too.It was pretty good,.,.I stayed here.I went to a beach as soon as possible,.,(See picture1)It was evening.The beach was visibly normal from a far but precisely underneath the sea,there were many rocks,.,.,.At that time, I thought "Why is this famous?" But, tommorow , I'll solve this mystery .Dinner,.,Dinner was so expensive...If you go to this place, you should prepare to cook for yourself.(If you are a short-term tourist, you don't need,.,.maybe you are rich.),.,.

旅行2日目(1)バタック(Batac)-(フィリピン）朝。ラワグからジプニーでバタックへgo！(P20)といっても、昨日が深夜に着いたので、たしか9時ぐらいから活動した気がする。*マルコス博物館*(タダ）フィリピンの元大統領、マルコスの実家がある町、バタックにある博物館。ハワイに亡命した後、1989年、死亡。1993年にフィリピンへの帰還が認められてこのバッタクに「マルコスの冷蔵遺体が収められて一般に公開されている。」って事。ここポイント。で実際見てきました。。。。たぶんこれは「ろう人形」。だって、ありえないでしょ！入場料無料！でもって、暗室に普通の冷房がひゅひゅひゅーーーと流れてて、クリアケース？に遺体が！近くで見れないけど、そんなそごい保存装置があるようにも思えず、自分の中での結論。「Wax doll」この写真の奥に疑惑の遺体が。。。でも、厳かな音楽が流れててフィリピン人もちょこちょこと訪れていたみたい。時間があったら皆さんも真意を解明してください＾＾（メインでここに行くのはお勧めしません）。(Picture1)ここ。博物館のとなりの建物。アイスクリームの売人に隣の家も行って見なさいと言われ、入ったが、少し後、一般公開していないことが判明。ちょっと貴重な1枚の写真。次に、このバッタクからジプニーで5-10分。(3人で25ペソ)世界遺産に登録されている教会にも行ってきました。*サン･オウガスチン教会*1774年に珊瑚とレンガで作られているらしい。教会全体に草が生えていて手入れしていないのがポイントかも。残念ながら日曜ではないので、中には入れなかった。中が見たかったな。(picture2)**********************************Second day(1) Batac-(Philippines）**********************************Morning.I went to Batac from Laoag to take a jeepney(P20).However, I went out from the hotel around nine because I arrived in Laoag at midnight....***Marcos museum in Batac***(free）Batac is the small town where there is the precious president "Marcos' home" in the Philippines.He exiled to Hawai and died in 1989.The Philippine goverment admitted to repatriate him to the Philippines.And "Marcos' remains is frozen and it's exhibited in Batac."This is an important point.I went to see it to prove if it exists.....Maybe it was "WAX".Well, it is impossible to keep the real body.Entrance fee is free!In the room, cold air is blowing.and the remains is in the glass coffin.I could see it only at certain distance. So I'll say again,.,It is "Wax"Inside, the music matches the atmosphere.Filipinos visit there too.If you have time, you'll go and confirm the truth. (I don't recommend that you go there with the main purpose to see that spot.) (see picture1)Next, I went to San Agustin church .It took 5-10mins.It was registered by UNESCO as a world heritage. ***San Agustin Church***It is made of bricks and corals.This point is not being cleaned and grasses grow in it,.,.Unfortunately, it was not Sunday.I couldn't enter inside.I wanted to see it ,.,.(see picture2)

旅行1日目ラワグ-Laoagへ-（フィリピン）今回、フィリピンのローカルエリアへの最後の旅行（たぶん）になると思うのですが、メンバー3人で1-マルコス博物館。「バタック(Batac)」2-リトル ボラッカイ「パグドゥプド又はパゴプゥ（Pagudpud)」3-スペイン風の通り「ビガン（Vigan)」へ行って来ました。バス。前回、ビガンへ行ったときに6-7時間かかたような気がしたので、ラワグまで9時間かかる予定で、バギオSM下のバスステーションから8:45PM発、Partasの最終バスに乗ってレッツゴー。ってな感じで、いったら。。。。夜は、車が走ってないのね。中間ポイントのビガンまで「1AM」に着く。。。。（所要4時間）そして、ラワグに「3AM」に到着。。。(所要6時間）着いた時に何をすればいいんじゃい！！！！！！！！！！！！なんて思いつつ、頭の中で1-ラワグのバスステーションのベンチで寝る。2-宿を探す。この時、やたらと、トライシクルのドライバーの取りまき？にジロジロ見られるし。。。さっきの選択肢がグルグル。だって、パゴプゥ（ラワグから更に北に約75Km）に昼前に行っても宿が2日分請求されるし。どーしょ。。。結局、ラワグ内で宿を見つける事にしました。２ヶ所まわって、3人でP850。HotelDelNorte。約4AMごろにチェックアウトはいつ？って聞いたら24時間後って、言われたので納得。これが昼の10時とか言われてたら辞めてたかな。今日はここまで。。。*******************************First day- Laoag(Philippines)*******************************This time, I've been to1-Marcos museum (Batac)2-Little Boracay (Pagudpud)3-Spanish building (Vigan).I think that this was my last trip to go the local area in the Philippines.Our members are three.^^*Bus*When I went to Vigan, it took about 6 hours.So I planned to take 9 hours to go to Laoag.I took the Partas bus which was its last depature at 8:45PM in the station down SM.And I thought, "Let's go!" Then......There were no traffic jam.I arrived at "1Am" in Vigan.(It took 4 hours.)I was afraid to arrive early in Laoag but unfortunately I arrived there at 3AM.(It took 6 hours from Baguio)When I arrived, I supposed " What am I doing?",.,.And I thought of two choices.1-I'll sleep on the bench in this station.2-I'll find an acommodation.I chose No,2.If we go to Pugudpud before noon, we couldn't check in an acommodation...After all, I was looking for an inn and I stayed at Hotel Del Norte.(P850, 3people)When I asked about check out time, he answered that we could stay for 24 hours.I stayed there.,.,.Finish,.,.

If you find a kind person and ask something, he/she would reply to you.********Category*********バギオ Baguio＆live here* 「バギオ」にある語学学校、気候、家探し情報etc書いてあります。バギオに興味あるなら見てください。たまに、いい情報が載っているかも。There are some information about "a school, a climate and how to find a room ,.,etc" in Baguio.You might find some tips from this category.*休日-旅行 holiday-trip*「バギオ」近辺の旅行へ行った時の日記など。お金がないので、リゾート地にはほとんど行ってません。バギオに来ると決まったら見る事、必見＾＾When you want to see a scenery spot near Baguio, you can see this.*PINES school*「バギオ」にあるPINES（PIA)という学校での体験です。先日、google検索してみたら、上位に来ていたのでたぶんPIAスタッフも一度は見ていると思います。韓国人スタッフ（経営が韓国人）に問題点など改善を依頼していたら、私がいた時より勉強しやすい状況になっているかもしれません。日本にいるPINESスタッフではなく、フィリピンにいる日本人スタッフに（ここポイント）直接現状を聞くと、いいかもしれません。日本人の彼らは嘘をつくような人達ではなかったし変な勧誘など一切なかったです。（追１．これからも信じてます。）（追２．PINES独特の韓国人経営部分とは別問題として。）2007年春追記：本当はPINESお勧めする所もあるのですが、(カリキュラムは1：1が少ないのを除いたらいいです。)ここでは厳しい意見を書いておきます。1-短期で入学すると、ストレスが発生する前にいいとこだけ感じて卒業できると思います。--長期は？？？です。少し日本人感覚がなくなるかな（爆）2-飯は韓国生徒の多い時期、最後の生徒達には飯がなく玉子焼きってことがよくありました。--***も発生。整腸剤を持参していってください。--生徒の入学日と次の日、TOPがいる日はなぜか料理がおいしいが、それ以外はまずいです。--今更ですけど、昨年PINESの飯をすべて写真に撮ってくればと思いました。--その写真を見れば客観的にわかるのですが。。。3-BECIとの比較しているような文面を見かけました。--自分はBECIの実情も知っていますしPINESも知っています。--PINES推奨サイトでは、BECIのいい部分が見えてない。（実際は、いい部分もある）--少し違う。。。なんか気持ち悪いな。。。こういうのって。。。4-入学を考えている方は、外出禁止制度-病院に行く用事や郵便局に行く用事でスタッフに許可を得られる場合以外は、ホテルで平日の月-金を過ごすことになります。短期はまだお勧めできすが、長期で考えている方はバギオだけで大小20ぐらいの英語学校があり、いいところもたくさんあります。とだけいいたい。a-罰金制度-生徒＝顧客からお金を徴収すると言う考え方がおかしい。韓国人の為の制度だが日本人にも一律して課しているのが？b-禁酒制度-これは解禁すると韓国人学生が平日どんちゃん騒ぎするので、仕方ないのかな。。。c-点呼制度-毎日の点呼でいないと退学とか。。。退学金全部戻ってこないと思います。などを考えると共に、入学前に「具体的な刑罰-制度の内容」を教えてもらい100％納得してから入学すると現地で不満を言うことが少なくなります。例）*入学前*1-外出規定があると言うことは、軽く聞いていてなんとなく見た。2-PINESのHPや関連ブログに良い事しか書いてないのでよさげに見えた。3-長期での申し込みだと、学費が安くなるので6ヶ月分支払った。*入学後*4-a-韓国人の性格が自分が思った以上に合わない--b-韓国料理が合わなく、自分が払った金額に見合った料理が出てこない--c-細かい部分の制度を聞いてなかったので、学校の現実とのGAPが出てきた--d-ホテルでの生活で平日外出ができないのと、変ながんばりすぎる雰囲気に体がおかしくなり体調不良になって、日本に帰国しないといけない状況になった--e-1番の外出規定など、現実には日本で想像しているより厳しかった5-スタッフに訴える6-即効性のある解決は期待できない7-退学を申し出る8-申し込んだお金で、まだ授業として受けていない部分は100%は返金されなく、長期で払っていた人ほど納得できない状況になる9-せっかくの留学が悪い思い出をもって、終わってしまう。↑こんな状況にならないように、必ず日本にいる間に情報を入れ免疫を作っておいて下さい。例)4は過去に、PINESでよくあったこと。お金のトラブルは学校側に不信を抱く原因になります。現地で実際何が起こるかわかりません。入学を決めた方は2-3ヶ月の申し込みをして、環境が合っていれば延長するのがよいと思われます。5-宗教、特定団体が関わる所に嫌悪感を感じる方は絶対お勧めしません***フィリピンの学校、特にここではPINES.日本にいる入学前は、良いイメージばかり持つのではなく、「フィリピンなので、治安がそんな整っていない国」「フィリピンは物価が安い。だから、学校の授業費も安い」「この学校はとても厳しくて辛い学校」「この学校は社会人（お客様）向けではなく、韓国人の学生基準の学校制度」「自由がなく、同じ場所で終日勉強して体調くずしても一生に一度だからOK」こんな感じで入学するとーーーー→「なんて英語を勉強するにはいいとこなんだ！！！」って、思えます。いやっ、本当に。。。実際、上記を踏まえて入れば「カナダ留学」「オーストラリア留学」「イギリス留学」「アメリカ留学」などで中途半端な英語の実力で行って、「語学学校、初級コース＝生徒は日本人ばかり！！！＝日本語の世界」この世界で過ごすよりは300倍（笑）英語の勉強ができる環境です。This is my experience when I've studied English in PINES..I'm not sure whether their style changed or not.If you are interested in this , you should contact them... *帰国後の就職活動*留学に行く前、行っている間、又は普通に就職活動をしている方。見てて損はないはず。このコーナーを見て是非自分と同じ失敗はしないでくださいね^^（順次更新予定） *勉強コーナー studying* 言葉どうり勉強のためのコーナー。はっきり言って自分のため。すでにUPしている単語を忘れている。；；復習しなければ。。。日本語部分は自分の解釈。こっちのDVDから文をひろっているので、たまに違うかも。ごめんなさい。This is my world.If you want to study vocabularry,we study together.^^*留学準備-必須事項 preparation* 留学前、中に知っているといいかな？と思うことを書いてます。もう、ちょっと増えたら見る事必須のコーナーになる予定。現状、書きたいことはあるんですが、なかなか時間が。。。I'll update an article which you should know .,.,.
