払いに行く事を決意。
まー、午前中に1回、このブログをUPしたので重い腰を上げたということもあるんですが。、。
(観光visaとSSPでの滞在6ヶ月以上の人対象。それ以外の人はふーんって思って見て下さい。）

バギオ移民局にて。
自分：「ECCを払いに来たのですが、P700 でいいですか？」
事務員：「写真2枚とP500持っていますか？」
自分：「？？？」
この？？？はあれ？写真？これってACR：外国人登録証の事？

犯罪者に軽くなった気分で指紋を2セットの書類にそれぞれ押して、サインをし終了。
約20分後作成された書類には「ECC」。
まぎれもないECCでした。

ということで、訂正。ACRの関連で「指紋」を押すと書いた部分。違いました。
これ。
でも、今回払った”P500"は「ECC料金2回目」なのか、「ECC無料で即日発行料金」
よくわからん。

フィリピン。謎です。

とりあえず、6ヶ月以上滞在者は指紋が必要ということは確認。
たぶん空港で無用な問題はなくなるはず。（と願う。フィリピンだから信用ならないけどね。）

*EEC2回目*

もしかしたら、観光ビザとSSPホルダーは値段が少し違うかもしれない。
出国する日がきまり、最後のビザ延長をするときに一緒に作るのが普通。
たぶん自分で作ったほうが安い。
以下。こんな感じの書類。

In the immigration,
Lu:"I'd like to pay ECC fee, is it P700?"
Officer:"Well,.,.Do you have 2 pictures and P500?"
Lu:"???"

Is this ACR?
I had my photos and gave it to her.
She proceeded to process my document.

I had my fingerprints taken.Then, I supposed , "Am I a criminal?"
I put my signature too.
After 20 minutes, I got the certification which said "ECC".
This was ECC. This wasn't ACR.

And I want to inform you of ECC again.
Last time, I said to you ECC and ACR information,.That was a bit wrong.

This time, I paid P500 for ECC fee.
But I'm not sure wether this is "Second ECC fee" or "Express-prosessing ECC fee",.,.

It's a mystery,.,.

Anyway, I understood that a long-time visitor who stays for over 6 months needs
"fingerprint" for ECC.
I think when I go out, I won't have any troubles.( or I just wish,.,.,)

You need 2 pictures and P500.
(This fee might change, perhaps P700?.It might depend on a region,.,.,.)
After you decided about your depature date and when you extend your visa,
you process this.This is the normal way,.,.
If you make it on your own, it may be cheap.^^,.,.,.
