昨日に続き、ついでだからフィリピンのビザの話。
特に短期ではなく、観光visa-SSP取得者の長期滞在者のへに情報。
もし、違っていたら分かった時点で訂正します。
これは、2006年10月時点での情報です。
*ビザ延長について*
フィリピンでのビザ延長は、誰でも簡単にできます。
フィリピン国内滞在時に時間がある人はわざわざ旅行社などに
依頼する必要はないと思います。（手数料P100-200ぐらいだったら別ですが）
しかし、マニラや有名な都市で延長をすると人が沢山いて時間がかかります。
（バギオの場合だと、5-20分ぐらい。ダクパンは15分ぐらいだったかな）
また、即日発行をしてもらうとP500必要。
その町に1週間後などにいける場合は、事務の人に急ぎではないことを
伝えて、パスポートを預けたほうが安い。
ただし、預けたという何かしらの証拠をもらって帰ってくること。
→12月7日追記。
バギオのオフィサーによれば、この「即日発行EXPRESS LANE P500」は
マニラでしかしていないらしい。
ホントかどーかはわかりません。
バギオ以外で更新する人は、ダメもとで聞いてみてください＾＾

フィリピンのビザ免除は21日間。（日本人、韓国人など）
最初の1回目延長は38日の延長です。（最初の入国から2ヶ月という意味）

その後、バギオの場合（他の都市は知らない）
”日本人なら2ヶ月間ずつの延長可能、最長入国から1年以内（もちろん1ヶ月も可能）”
韓国人の場合1つの滞在地に6ヶ月以上はできない。
もし、同じところに6ヶ月以上滞在している場合は違う町へ行きvisa延長をしないといけない”
*******2ヶ月以上フィリピンに滞在する人へ*******
ＡＣＲ（P1000）： 外国人登録証明書（Alien Certificate of Registration）
ＥＣＣ（P700)： 出国許可証明書（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）
が、それぞれ必要。（お金を払うだけ）
しかし、これは、2ヶ月以上のvisa延長時に移民局の事務の人が自動に金額に
入れてくれる。（この時、払う金額がいつもより高くなっているはず）

また、以下の2つをしなければならないらしい。

移民局により本人が行って、自分の指紋を押した書類を作成しなければならない。
しかし、
これは出国時に持ってなくても、だいたいそのまま帰れるそうです。
お金は以前払った1回でいいので、徴収されても手数料のP500 以下。
この前まで、自分の家にいた韓国人の青年はこの証明書を持っていました。（6ヶ月以上滞在者）
→12月7日訂正。
指紋採取はECCのことでした＾＾

2-ＥＣＣ（P500)：出国許可証明書（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）
この2回目のECCを払っていないと必ず出国時にお金を払いなさいと言われます。
6ヶ月以上滞在している人でビザ延長時に自分で「ECCもいっしょに払います」といわないと
特に払う場面がありません。ということで、ビザ延長時に申告したほうがいいと思います。

ECC2回目は、指紋採取をしないといけません。
写真2枚とお金(P500と思う）を持ち、本人が移民局へ行き手続きをする。

and has a tourst Visa or is on SSP holder.
If this is wrong, I'll correct it again.
This is the present situation(Oct 2006),.,.,.
*About visa extension *
This is very easy. If you have time to extend your visa in the Philippines,
you can do it.
I don't recommend that you go to Manila's or famous city's immigration to
extend your visa.
These are very crowded.
I recommend that you go to a local city.
（Baguio-Processing time is 10-25mins, Dagupan-Time is 15mins）
If you want to finish your visa extension the same day,
you can ,., but you have to pay P500.

Visa-exempt term is 21days（Japanese, Korean etc...）
First visa extension is 38days
（This means that you extended your visa 2months after you enter in the Philippines.）
**************************************************
In Baguio's case,(I don't know the other cities)
”Japanese can extend their visa by 1 or 2 months within a year”
”Korean can extend their visa by 1 month within a year,
-but they can't stay here over 6 months. If they want to extend,
-they can do it by going to the other immigration”
*******To a person who wants to stay here for more than 2 months*******
ACR（P1000）:（Alien Certificate of Registration）
ECC（P700):（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）
You need them , but when you pay visa extension fee to the immigration,
automatically you must pay both.(They will collect it obligatorily/compulsarily)
So you don't need to have any anxieties.
*******To a person who wants to stay here for more than 6 months*******
You need ACR and ECC again, but usually the immigration officer doesn't
request these fees.
You have it deliberately.
1-ACR（P???）： You have to register your fingerprints to the receiving officer.
This!
You've already paid ACR fee.
(you need it once but you need the document with fingerprint)
When you request this, maybe you pay small money.
Korean who stayed this house before had this.....
2-ECC（P700):（Emmigration Clearance Certificate）
If you didn't pay the second ECC, when you go back to your country,
the officer requests it.
So, you should pay that time...

When you go out from this country

You need P550 as airport fee.
If you don't have ECC, they request ECC fee that time......
So when you go out, you should have around P1500,.,.^^
