英訳文 “The way” is always like a nameless raw wood. Nobody can handle it even if it is small. If a monarch follows “the way”, all things will obey him readily, then heaven and earth will be harmonized and rain love, and people will unite without an order. If you cut a raw wood into pieces and make tools with them, those tools have names. Those names make distinction and distinction makes discrimination. If you abstain from distinguishing moderately, you will not face any danger. The aspect of “the way” like this, so to speak, is like “the ocean is in lower place than rivers and gathering them.”
