For the past few weeks, there were typhoons coming one by one each day which wrecked many houses and killed many people - and 3 days ago, there was this big earthquake. about magnitude 6 (and bigger). and there are still 'after quake effect' (i dont remember the correct word for it) but millions of people are moving to safe places such as primary schools, big buildings, and even in their own cars for safety. there are NO electricity, which means that there is no cooking, no contacting relatives, no lights, no nothing. many people are staying in their cars becuase they fear of being inside or near tehe buildings since the earthquake happens alot these days. rescue teams try their best to tranport food and blankets to everyone. most of the people's houses are all destroyed - and they cannot go back to their houses because it is still dangerous. even trains (shinkansen) have problems - the rails have even turned into a shape like a snake's tail - many people are just glad that the shinkansen did not fall from the bridge and just fell from the rails.
i hope things will go back to what they were previously.
also since one month ago, there are many cases of 'bear attacks'. bears are going crazy these days in the wild. they go to people's houses for food, and sometimes attacks people. i believe that this is happeneing because the bear believe that things is going wierd these days. they should be getting ready to hybernate but there arent enough food - the temperature is too hot compared with the past years - i hope people will understand these big changes and start doing somthing to prevent furthur causes - because the bears know that things are not the way it should be. today i was talking with my brother about school and how to cope with people. seriously, i begin to get used of studying by myself during recess times. telling the truth, i like it this way because nothing will go wrong, nothing will harm me, and nothing will piss me off. and my brother told me what is the reason for going to school if i am capable to study by myself without teacher's assistance. yeah, AP geography - i dont need assistance for it - i always read ahead every class because the class is going dramatically in a slow pace. well that's not the only reason causing this tho.
anyways, the presentation is finally over. i am awarded with two certificates today for the 'play of the match' in volleyball - quite astonished by that. the hong kong tournament is finally over and the international tournament is coming very soon. i am really looking forward to try my best in the international tournament. this year's cultural fair is going to be on november 20th, on that day, we have a tournament for the whole day so we are not able to attend the 'so-ranbushi' performance, which is the japanese traditional dance.
very very nervous but i am looking forward for that day:)
