コリアンダー香味のチキンカレー
Coriander taste chicken curry.

「手羽元でチキンカレー」のテキストを見てチキンカレーを作りました。
As the text say, I made chicken curry with chicken wings.

手羽元を買ってきて、今一度テキストを確認してがく然としました。
I bought chicken wings and after checked the receipt and I was shocked.

炒めた玉ねぎが色づいたらコリアンダーを加えると指示しています。
It says, after stir frying the onions and changed color, add coriander.

近くのスーパーに駆け込み買いました、コリアンダーを。

さて。調理の再開。
Now, its time to restart cooking.

指示された行程でコリアンダーを加えると、
So I did what the text says and after adding the coriander,

ふとよみがえる遠いところがありました。
A retrieved reformation came to my mind.

なぜだか、マレーシアへ旅行した時のことを思い出したのです。
I don't know why, but I remember the time I took a trip to Malasyia.

旅先の街のどこかで、この香りに触れている。
I remember on the trip I smell the same taste which I am used to.

そんな気がしました。

スパイスの香りだったんですね。きっと。
Its probably just the fragrance of the spice.

それはともかく。
Any how,

コリアンダーって、使ったことがありますか？Have you ever used the spice coriander?

Off course its first time for me.

この先このスパイスを使うテキストがないと、まだ二年先の消費期限を越えてしまいそうです。
It has use best before up to two years dates, but if I don't have receipt which I have to use this spice it might go passed this date.
