今回のワインフェスティバルで購入したのは
全部で22本だね。
4月は20本だったので、ちょっと多いか。

さて、届いたワインの詳細です。

まずは高いほうから(笑)。

An intense and profound deep ruby-red robe. A nose of scrubland, conifers, spices, rosemary, ginger and menthol (eucalyptus), confirm the very beautiful aromatic potential of this wine. The palate is delighted to taste the harmony and generosity of this rich wine whose tannins are round and whose bouquet is endowed with a remarkable length. The taste is smooth (well-melted round tannins), with rich remarkable aftertaste. It is surely a refined wine of great personality that needs a lot of time to form itself. Chateau St Thomas is aged 18 months in French oak barrels. It is then bottled and stocked for a one-year period before being released.

Cardinal red with dark purple nuances. The nose is rich, close to conifer aromas
(eucalyptus and pine), burnt scents, ink (atramentaire) and spices. A fine wine that

tender and silky tannins. It offers an intense tasting experience. The taste is tannic then
develops into fruity aromas (blackcurrant) and later into flowery (blueberry) and spicy
aromas (licorice and almond paste). They all unveil the complexity and immense
aromatic potential of this wine.

チキンのハーブグリル、マトンのクスクス、モッツァレラチーズのボローニャスパゲティ
14 - 16℃　（軽く冷やして。）

ヴィナリー・インターナショナルコンクール2006銀賞。　
しっかりとした造りながら、抜群の酸味と渋みのバランスで、心地よいほどの自然な飲み口。ワイナリーの技と心意気が伝わってくる一本です。
