The result of the periodic health check-up was passed today.
My blood sugar level exceeded the normal value again,
and I was indicated that I should receive the thorough examination.
About ten years ago my blood sugar level was high,
so I passed to the hospital and received the health guidance.
I was said that I would abstain from sake at that time.
Recently, I thought that my health had recovered,
and I've been drinking every night.
I'm shocked to hear the result of health check-up a little bit.
and I will sometimes jog with my pet dog.
