日本酒好きにはたまらない新酒の季節になりました。昨日はドライブ兼ねて、午後から行きつけの酒蔵へ。目的は新酒の酒粕。酒粕はこの時期にしか入手できません。スーパーで売ってるものとは違って、酒蔵の酒粕はぶ厚く、酒が濃縮されていて、おいしい。しかも500gが300円あたりと安い。しばらくは酒粕を使って粕汁やそのまま、網で焼いて、砂糖をつけて食べたりと酒粕をしばらく堪能できそうです～♪ちなみに新酒の出荷は今週前半だそうです。
To Japanese sake lovers, it's a season of new Japanese sake. So yesterday afternoon, we drove to the Japanese sake maker that we always go to. The purpose of our visit is new season's Japanese Sake Kasu(Japanese sake scums). You can only buy Japanese Sake Kasu during this season. Compared to Japanese Sake Kasu sold in supermarkets, Japanese Sake Kasu sold in Japanese Sake Kasu is thick, full of alcohol and delicious! And 500g is about ￥300 is relatively cheap,too. We eat it by making Japanese Sake Kasu soup or bake it on the net, put some sugar on it and eat it. I think we can enjoy delicious Japanese Sake Kasu for a while. By the way, new Japanese Sake will be out in the beginning of this week.
