昨日の神宮球場での巨人との最終戦の5回に3点入れて6対3とリードしたが結局10対６
で敗戦。14連敗、10連敗を含む敗戦を積み重ね、シーズン96敗して球団記録を塗り替
えた。なぜ負けてばかりいたのか。一番の責任は監督だと思うが会社の経営陣やコー
チ、選手にも責任がある。負けてばかりいたからそう感じたのか選手に全く覇気がな
かった。勝っても負けても全力で戦ってもらいたかった。
それにしてもフアンはありがたいものである。負けてばかりいる惨めなチームなのに
昨日は神宮球場に3万人も集まって応援してくれた。来シーズンはそのフアンの気持
ちに答えてファイトあふれる試合をしてもらいたいと思う。人生負ける時は必ずある
が負けと分かっていても最後まで全力を尽くすことが大切だと思う。

With losing games including 14 consecutive loses, 10 consecutive loses, 96
losses and the team record was rebuilt. Why were they losing? I think the
most responsibility is the director, but also the company management team,
coaches, players are responsible.
I felt the players had no challenging mind. Even if they win or lose I hope
them to fight with full power.
Even so, patronizing people are grateful. Thirty thousand people gathered in
Jingu Stadium and cheered for support yesterday though it was a miserable
team just losing.
In the next season they should like to answer the feeling of patronizing
We know that we make certain to lose in our long lives, but it is important
to do best everything to the end even though being thought we are beaten.
