(Synopsis)
This is the fourth book of Earth Children series.
It describes the long travel to Jondalar's home place.
According to the map in the book, their rout started at about Kiyev of Ukiaine, go south to the end of the Donau liver at Black Sea, then go upstream the Donau to where she was born, then go over the great gracier to about Lyon of France. I estimated its distance to about 3,200km, which is about the length of Japan, 3,000km.
It took a year and half to reach to the destination and the story covers all their adventure.

I was a little awed with the thickness of the book when I received it at the library; it was 975 pages long!
