I found a running sound of Tokyu 9000 Series between Sakuragicho and Shibuya on YouTube.
Tokyu 9000 Series is the adjustable voltage and frequency control train that I first rode on in my childhood and allowed me to come to like the railway. Though I have liked railways before that, I was attracted its characteristic AVAF control sound when it departed, which made my love for the railway grown more. When I was little living in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the railway carriages I rode were all rheostatic control such as 113 Series on Tokaido Line.
Since I started to live in Tokyo, I chose Toyoko Line when going to Yokohama and when backing took from Sakuragicho, which was closed in 2004. I came to happy to be able to travel on 9000 Series. This sound reminds me when backing from Sakuragicho on that time.
In the present, this sound is extremely rare because the stations that express train stops changed, the section between Sakuragicho and Yokohama closed in 2004, and 9000 Series retired from Toyoko Line in 2013.
