・As for the timing to buy a digital TV set, I decided to wait until the full transition to digital terrestrial broadcasting.
As for me, considering the frequency I watch TV at home, I decided that it would be friendlier on Earth to keep using the analog TV set at home as long as possible :
From 2006, I watch TV only five or six hours a week at most, and I don't think the amount of time to watch TV would increase drastically from now on.
The built-in VCR might be out of order first, though.

・I didn't apply for Fixed Cash Handout until July (I used a different phrase before, but recently I found out the expression in English) .
Fortunately I'm not broke, and I thought it could wait.
And I expected that the office of the local government would be crowded for the first few months.
So those payments would offset -and far exceed the benefits.
Is it only me who feel being not really benefited at such timing?
