What I’ve Learned So Far

My tiny $75 investment has taught me more about economics, technology, and human psychology than any college course ever did.

I’ve learned that Bitcoin runs on something called blockchain — a distributed ledger that nobody controls and (theoretically) nobody can manipulate.

Mention Bitcoin at a party and watch the room divide into tribes: the believers, the skeptics, and the confused bystanders.

Where I Stand Now

My $75 is now $81.49. I’m not selling.　Not yet. Not because I’m certain Bitcoin will keep rising — I’m not.
私の75ドルは今、81.49ドルだ。　まだ売るつもりはない。ビットコインが上がり続けると確信しているからじゃない ― そうは思っていない。

Not because I think it’s guaranteed digital gold — the jury’s still out. And not because I’m convinced it’s not a bubble — it very well might be.
それが保証された「デジタル・ゴールド」と思ってるからでもない ― 結論は出ていない。。それがバブルではないと確信してるからでもない ― 実際、そうかもしれない。

I’m holding because I want to see how this story ends. Or at least how the next chapter unfolds.

I’ve set a few rules for myself:
