関係者：

Butzer氏達　サンプリングの定理に興味のあるグループが　小倉金之助がサンプリングの定理で興味ある結果を得ている事から、小倉氏に興味を持ち、彼らの論文に少し、小倉氏の個人的な伝記のようなものを　論文の脚注に　入れたいと考えられています。

それを依頼されましたが、私は苦手ですので、したくないのですが、断るわけにも行かず、困っています。

そこで、添付のような素案を書いてみました。
何でも修正や、助言、参考になるような事を教えていただければ誠に幸いです。

Kinnosuke Ogura7.12.2:

Kinnosuke Ogura　(1885-1962):  Ogura had born at Sakata Funaba-cho, in Yamakaga Prefecture, Japan as the eldest son of Ogura Kinzou, He studied at the formers of Tokyo Science University and University of Tokyo ( some special course of Chemistry ) and after then he worked with his father for a while at his home town. However, he studied mathematics at the same time under the super advisor of Tsuruichi Hayashi (1873-1935) and he got an academic position at Tohoku University as Assistance in 1911. He got Dr. Degree from Tohoku University on 1916 with the thesis " Paths of a mass point in  conservative fields". On the next year, he got the researcher position at Shiomi Science Research Laboratory in Osaka. On 1991, he went abroad Europe in particular he studied in France (1920-1921). After returning to Japan, he became the president of the Shiomi Research Laboratory and then became Professor of Osaka Medical University. His majors were Differential Geometry, Applied Analysis and then his interest turned to Mathematical Education, Statistics and Study of History of Mathematics. His sprit in mathematical education and study of history of mathematics are deep and wide, and his great works and sprit were extended over the social problems against fascisticization. He published many and many related books in the wide Social, Educational, Sciences problems in connection with human beings. He was the President of the former of Tokyo Science University while 1940-1943 and he worked as the President of the Japanese Society of History of Science and others as a great leader in the history and education and also for the social problems from the viewpoint of scientists and humanism. He passed away at 77 years old. We can look his great contributions to human beings with great admiration in google and other internet systems.
