社会実験（強化月間）の記者発表がありました。 A press release was uploaded!
今年の大和川流域の社会実験（今年は1か月間と昨年までの1週間から期間が延長されましたので、「強化月間」と呼んでいます）の結果概要が発表になりました。要点を抜粋します。(1) 強化月間への参加人数は約85万人（アンケート調査結果より：参加率39.7%）で、参加率は昨年の社会実験より少し増加。(2) 水質改善効果は、調査した10地点の内8地点でBOD値が低下。 (3) 大和川本川の最下流ではBOD負荷量（汚れの量）が約14％低下。 参加率が昨年より微増、最下流のBOD負荷量（大阪湾に流入する有機物の汚れの量と考えていただいて結構だと思います）が、昨年は社会実験により8%削減されたのが、今年は14%削減と、社会実験の効果が増加した。 流域の皆様、お疲れ様でした。A brief result of improvement of the Social Experiment Programme, participation rates and river water quality improvement has been released.The Social Experiment Programme in the Yamato-gawa River basin this year is called 'Implementation Month' because the event period was extended from one week until last year to one month this year. Major results announced in the River Office website were:(1) Participation rate was 39.7%, slight increase from last year, which means 850 thousands citizens in the river basin have participated in the event this year, 2011.(2) BOD concentration decreased at eight monitoring points in 10 monitoring points.(3) BOD load at the nearest monitoring point to the river mouth decreased 14%.Slight increase of the participation rate and BOD load decrease near the river mouth showed increase the effects of the Social Experiment Programme or Implementation Month.

PCとインターネット PC&Internet

大和川流域の社会実験 Social Experiment Programme in the Yamato-gawa River basin
大和川流域の社会実験は、今年は2月の1か月間でした。昨年までの1週間に比べて、4倍の期間が設定されたのですが、水質改善の効果はどうだったのでしょうか。記者発表はまだのようですので、水質モニタリングデータの簡単な整理を行ってみました。定期的に行われている水質モニタリングの結果が、大和川河川事務所のホームページで公開されています。最近3年間の12月から2月のBODの測定結果をグラフにしてみました。グラフは、生活排水の環境家計簿のホームページから、2011年4月7日の「BODの最近3年間の12, 1, 2月のデータのグラフ」のリンクを参照してください。月1回の測定結果で、今年の2月は2月の1, 2日に水質測定が行われたようですので、1か月間の測定結果の平均値ではないところに注意が必要です。今年の2月の水質は、多くの地点で昨年、一昨年の水質よりも悪化している点が気にかかります。水質は流量の影響を受けます。河口に最も近い遠里小野橋の流量をグラフに表示してあります。測定日の流量が昨年、一昨年よりも少なかったようですので、今年の2月の水質悪化は流量が少なかった影響かもしれません。This year, the Social Experiment Programme in the Yamato-gawa River Basin was held in whole February, duration of one-month. This is four times of one week, the duration of the event in the Social Experiment Programme up to last year. How about the water quality improvement in the event of the Social Experiment Programme? Press release of the Social Experiment Programme has not been opened yet. I have conducted simple analysis of the water quality monitoring data.Periodical water quality monitoring results have been disseminated by the Yamato-gawa River Office, MLIT. I have prepared a graph based on the three-year BOD data from December to February. Please find the graph from the EAH books of municipal wastewater, "a graph of BOD concentration from December to February in these three years" on 7 April 2011. The water quality data are one-time in a month monitoring results. From 1 February to 2 February was the monitoring days in February, 2011. The results are not average values of daily monitoring results.The BOD graph shows BOD degradation in February 2011 comparing to recent two years and recent two months. The flow rate at Oriono-bashi Bridge, the nearest monitoring point to the river mouth, is included in the graph. The flow rate data shows smaller flow rate in February, 2011, which may affect the larger BOD concentration.

定期的に、Adult サイトへの誘導ブログの方からのアクセス記録がありました。まとめて楽天に報告しておきましたので、Adult サイト誘導ブログ作成者の方には悪しからずご勘弁ください。報告しようとしてアクセス記録を整理したりしていると、偶然だと思いますが、ここ2日間程度のアクセス記録にあったほとんどのAdult サイト誘導ブログが閉鎖されていました。Adult サイトのほとんどは、女性のアルバイトにより成立しているというのが悲しくも先進国日本の現状で、このような点は途上国にも劣っていると認識しています（いわゆる途上国の方、表現に問題があるかもしれません。すみません）。 恋愛、結婚等が、もう少し前向きに考えられるようなソーシャルネットワークのあり方を考えていくべきだと思っています。先進国では、社会における個人の考え方がわりときちんとしていることが背景となっていて、ネットの使い方も大人の使い方（健全という意味で）をされているように感じています。日本は何でも商売に結びつけるところがあり、上記のような状況になっているのだと思います。お金が絡むと、警察もうかうかと手を出せなくなるような状況になったりするのでしょうか。 Adult サイトをカタカナ表記すると、「わいせつ、もしくは公序良俗に反すると判断された表現が含まれています」とエラーになるようです。Adultサイトについて議論することは、ご法度ということのようです。This message is not on the main topics of this blog.There have been periodical accesses to this blog by the owners of the blogs which are introducing to the adult sites. I have informed to the Rakuten company about these unwanted usage of the system. I wish more improvement of these kinds of social networking services especially by Japanese people. Most social networking services are for profit, many women are working for their incomes in Japan as a part time jobs. Such aspects seem to be worse than namely developing countries. The social networking systems in most developed countries seem to work more effective and smartly than those in Japan.

2月の生活排水対策社会実験（水質改善強化月間）が終了しました。大和川流域の皆さんは、どのように参加された（参加されなかった）でしょうか？昨年の例だと、2月13～19日の社会実験についての記者発表が3月31日に発表されていますので、今年の発表は4月になってからでしょうか。2005年以来の社会実験ですが、今年は昨年までの1週間から1か月に期間が延長されましたので、どのような改善結果があったか、楽しみですね。"Water Quality Improvement Month" in February 2011was completed. All in the Yamato-gawa River Basin, how did you participate in the event?Last year, 2010, the event was from 13 to 19 February, and the press release was announced on the event results on 31 March. When will be the press release this year? In April or at the end of this fiscal year?The Social Experiment Program has been conducted since 2005. I found many blogs e.g.Picomama-mama sanEnyoko sanMother of Maro sancoco5676 san･････The methods or "soft interventions" in households to use acrylic sponge and to reduce detergent usage amounts are considered to be proliferated to some extent.

大和川「絵・ポスター・作文・写真」コンクール Yamato-gawa River Art Competition
大和川流域では、1985年以来、大和川「絵・ポスター・作文・写真」コンクールが開催されています。受賞した絵、ポスター、作文、写真は、大和川「絵・ポスター・作文・写真」コンクールのページで紹介されています。大和川「絵・ポスター・作文・写真」コンクールのページは、改善への取り組みのページから、右上の「河川環境教育支援活動」のリスト中の「大和川『絵・ポスター・作文・写真』コンクール」をクリックすることにより行くことができます。1985年の開始当初は、絵画部門、作文部門の2部門だったようですが、2002年頃から現在の4部門になったようです。開始当初は、大和川の河川水質の悪化を反映した作品が、最近では水質の改善を反映した作品が多くなってきているようです。In the Yamato-gawa River Basin, the Yamato-gawa River Art Competition has been conducted since 1985. The the Yamato-gawa River Art Competition page can be accessed from Measurements to improve river water environment by clicking "the Yamato-gawa River Art Competition" in the right top list of "Supportive activities of river environment education". The number of categories of the competition was two, drawings and essays in 1985, and increased to four in 2002. At the beginnings of the competition, there were many art works reflected deteriorated river water quality, however, the number of art works reflected river water quality has increased in these years.

2月は水質改善強化月間

今年の生活排水対策社会実験は1か月間
今年の大和川の生活排水対策社会実験は、1か月間の予定で行われるようです。河川事務所のホームページもかなり整理されて、情報を見つけやすくなってきました。 今年は、大和川河川事務所のホームページについて、少しずつご案内するようなことを行ってみようかと思っています。I have heard that the Social Experiment Program on the "soft interventions" in households will be conducted for one month.Improvement of the River Office homepage can be observed, and it becomes more easy to find information.I will try to disseminate the information on the River Office homepage a little by little.

Infoseekの無料のページが終わるようです。
Infoseekの無料のページ終了の案内がありました。無料サービスを継続する社会的意義がなくなったようなことが理由となっているようですが、はじめてからの期間が短かったので、残念です。今後、どのようにするか考えないといけませんね。他の無料サービスへの移行というのが有力そうですが・・・。

今年の大和川の生活排水対策社会実験の結果が発表されていたようです。
うっかりしていましたが、今年の大和川流域の生活排水対策社会実験の結果が3月31日付けで発表になっていました。 生活排水対策社会実験＠大和川河川事務所ホームページ 今年は参加者が昨年の2倍になったようです！ 今後も生活排水や水環境への関心が高まり、水質が改善される方向に向かうと良いと思います。

お気に入りブログに、訪問したブログを次々と登録していました。 いっぱいになってしまったので、全部削除しました。 アクセス記録を見ても、巡回ソフトを使っているようなアクセスがほとんどで（アクセス数が自然と増えるので、それはそれで悪くはありませんが）、自分でも登録してくれているブログを頻繁に訪問しているわけではないし、あまり影響ないかなと思いましたので。 以前にも書きましたが、いろいろとリアルな生活の方で忙しくしており、しばらくはブログは開店休業状態になりそうです。

お久しぶりです。
いろいろとバタバタとしていて、ブログという感じではありませんでした。しばらくバタバタが続きそうですので、再開できるかどうか分かりませんが、一応、スペースは確保しておこうと思っています。何らかのきっかけで、生活排水の環境家計簿に関心を持つ方が増えるといいなと思っています･･･。

川の防災情報
川の防災情報で大和川の水位を確認してみました。どの地点でも水位は比較的低く，今日は雨の影響はあまりないようです。ライブカメラは，この時間はリンクが切れているようです。

近畿地方の天気予報
関東では，ここ数日，雨がしとしとと降っています。近畿地方の天気予報を見てみました。*********** 気象庁ホームページより引用 ************近畿地方 向こう一週間の近畿地方は、北部では、気圧の谷や寒気の影響で雲が多く、期間の前半は雪や雨が降るでしょう。 中部や南部では、晴れる日が多いでしょう。期間のはじめと期間の終わりには、気圧の谷の影響で雲が広がる日もある見込みです。 最高気温・最低気温ともに、期間の前半は平年並みか平年より低く、期間の後半は平年並みか平年より高いでしょう。 降水量は、平年並でしょう。*********** 引用終わり ************ 雨が降ると，汚濁負荷量が一定だとすると，河川の流量が増えるので，水質は改善します。しかし，汚水の収集管や河川の底泥に汚濁物質が堆積していたりすると，流量が増えることにより，そのような汚濁物質が流されることがあり，これは水質の悪化を生じさせます。 また，河川では自然浄化と言って，プランクトン等の作用による水質浄化の機能が見られます。自然浄化は水温が高い方がその機能が大きいです。 例年，2月は，降水量が少なく，水温が低いため，年間で見ると比較的水質が悪く，大和川流域の生活排水対策社会実験は，この期間に行なわれてきました。 天気予報では，降水量は平年並みでしょう，と言っているので，降水量の影響はそれ程ないのかもしれませんが，降水量が平年よりも多いとすると，その影響がどのように出ているかが気になるところです。 参加率が，今年は20%の大台に乗るかどうかも気になるところです。大和川流域の皆さん，いかがでしょうか。

生活排水の環境家計簿では、次のような対策についての汚濁負荷排出量削減量の計算を行うことが可能です。風呂での対策石鹸・シャンプーの量を半分に減らす台所洗剤を使わない洗剤の量を減らす米のとぎ汁を流さない台所用ろ紙を使う台所用網を使う料理、食後の処理を行う残り物(液体)を流さない洗濯等洗剤の量を減らす

生活排水の環境家計簿では，1人あたりの汚濁負荷排出量（PDC），大阪湾に流入する1人辺りの汚濁負荷量（PLCwb）を計算することができます。しかしながら，汚濁負荷量の数字について，一般の方にはあまりぴんと来ない部分があるのではないかと思われます。そこで，大阪湾に流入する汚濁負荷量についての説明を追加しました。

生活排水の環境家計簿？
生活排水の環境家計簿って聞いたことがない人の方が多いと思います。二酸化炭素（CO2）の排出量を計算する環境家計簿は，割と有名です。家庭から排出されるCO2の排出量を，電力，ガス，ガソリン，水道等の使用料を基に計算するもので，環境省，都道府県，電力会社，環境NGO等が作成しています。生活排水の環境家計簿は，CO2の環境家計簿の考え方を生活排水による汚濁負荷排出量の算定に活かそうとするものです。数年前から，学術レベルでいくつかの流域で作成してきましたが，一般の方に使用していただくことはあまり試みていませんでした。2005年から大和川流域で生活排水対策の社会実験が行なわれています。今年の2月にも予定されているようです。このブログとホームページは，生活排水処理種類別に作成する予定の生活排水の環境家計簿を，流域の皆様にダウンロードしていただき，使用したご感想，ご意見等を寄せていただき，今後の改善等に役立てることを目的にしています。流域でお知り合いの方がいらっしゃいましたら，ご紹介していただけると助かります。
