おはようございます！エイプリルフールですね。こないだのロトのジョークは今日ま
で出し惜しんでおけば良かったと少し後悔してます（笑）

今日のジョークはエイプリルフールとはまったく関係ありません。

▼Today's Joke! - "Light, Please"
70-year old George went for his annual physical. All of his tests came
back with normal results. Dr. Smith said, "George, everything looks great
physically. How are you doing mentally and emotionally? Are you at peace
with yourself, and do you have a good relationship with God?"
he's fixed it so that when I get up in the middle of the night to go to
the bathroom (poof) the light goes on, when I'm done (poof) the light goes
off."
"Wow!" commented Dr. Smith, "That's incredible!"
A little later in the day Dr. Smith called George's wife.
to call because I'm in awe of his relationship with God. Is it true that
he gets up during the night and (poof) the light goes on in the bathroom,
and then when he is through (poof) the light goes off?"
Ethel exclaimed, "Oh, my God! He's peeing in the refrigerator again!"

す。少し宗教がかった表現かもしれません。

70歳になるジョージが年度の健康診断を受けました。すべての検査で良い結果で
す。医者のスミス先生が言います。「ジョージ、体力的にはすべて素晴らしい結果
ですよ。感情的、精神的にはどうですか？気持ちが落ち着いていて、神様に対する
信心を持ち続けていますか？」
ジョージが答えます。「神様は良くしてくれる。わしの視力が弱っているのを知っ
ていて、色々してくれるんじゃ。夜中に起き出してトイレに行くと、ポンと光を照
らしてくれて、用が済んだらポンと光を消してくれるのじゃ。」
「それはすごいですね！」とスミス先生が言います。
その日しばらくして、スミス先生はジョージの奥さんを呼びます。
「イセル、ジョージは健康ですよ。身体的にはとても健康です。あなたを呼び出す
必要があったのは、ジョージと神様についてなんです。ジョージが夜中に起きてト
イレに行くと神様がポンと光を照らしてくれて、終わるとポンと光を消してくれる
っていうのは本当なんですか？」
イセルは大声で言います。「あらやだ！また冷蔵庫におしっこしちゃってるんだ
わ！」

「あ！しゃもじが炊飯器の中で融けてる！」
一瞬びっくりするようです。
妻に言ったら多分その後どつかれるので、もう少しかわいいうそを考えようと思い
ます（汗）
