And so, NFL free agency begins.
The Denver Broncos won't land Chris Godwin as the wide receiver has agreed to re-sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a three-year, $66 million deal, according to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport .
It remains to be seen if the Broncos will target any big-name receivers during free agency. Meanwhile, the team is bringing in tight end Evan Engram for a free-agent visit .
Elsewhere on the free agency front, Denver is said to be " in the mix " for linebacker Dre Greenlaw , according to The Athletic's Michael Silver. The Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans have also been linked to Greenlaw.
KUSA-TV's Mike Klis has suggested the Broncos might be more interested in fellow linebacker Robert Spillane due to Greenlaw's injury history.
So far, Denver has re-signed defensive lineman D.J. Jones , backup quarterback Jarrett Stidham and long snapper Mitchell Fraboni . We are tracking all of the team's free agency additions (and losses) on Broncos Wire .
